58-year old Wayne Kingston of Huguenot and 38-year old Jacob Kingston of Port Jervis are being charged with second degree manslaughter in the death of 13-year old David Kingston of Huguenot on Thanksgiving Day.

The three were on a hunting trip in Sparrow Bush about 65 miles northwest of New York City. According to police reports, Wayne Kingston shot the boy in the back and he and Jacob Kingston wait some 90 minutes before getting any help.

David Kingston died at the hospital from a wound in the back from a bullet, yet hospital officials say the report from the grandfather was the boy hurt himself from a fall.
