Vermont Turkey Hunters Reminded to Take a Safety Course

Vermont is no different than most states in that they also require hunters to successfully complete a hunter safety course sponsored by the state. The general spring turkey hunt is scheduled to begin on May 1, 2006. The Youth Day Turkey Hunt is the weekend before the start of the regular season. That would be April 29 and 30, 2006.
