Roscoe White – Code name “Mandarin”. One of the conspirators in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. White’s son later found a diary kept by his father in which he tells of his contracts with the CIA to be part of the assassination of Kennedy. The diary also claims at least 28 key witnesses to the Elm Street, Dallas killing that he murdered so their testimonies could not be used against the plotters and subsequent cover up that included the likes of Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, George H.W. Bush, Alexander Haig, Jr., Arlan Spector, J. Edgar Hoover, – the list is immense.
