Why is Vice President Joe Biden the “go to” guy in Kiev during what we are being told is “rebel opposition” to Russia’s Vladamir Putin’s puppet government in the Ukraine? The media seems reluctant to state that the Ukraine opted out of the European Union instead taking Putin’s big money buyout. So what’s wrong with opting out of the EU?
