Due to recent activity within IDFG regarding a desire for continued alignment with the non-hunting (Anti-hunting) groups, we felt this last criteria was very important:
“Many states have lost valuable hunting rights due to their state fish and game agencies decision to align themselves AWAY from traditional sportsmen in pursuance of closer ties with anti-hunters and radical anti-hunting groups such as the HSUS and Defenders of Wildlife. Due to recent events within their own agency, the Idaho Fish and Game commission sent a strong message to the department to ensure that they don’t follow this same trajectory and jeopardize our future hunting rights. Write a paragraph describing the threats of losing our hunting heritage by state fish and game agencies forsaking traditional sportsmen and aligning themselves closer with anti-hunting and radical environmental groups.”
