He’s No Mastermind!

A news reporter stated last night that this guy is NOT a mastermind. He’s not smart enough to have planned everything in Paris. Typically falling short of good, honest journalism, the reporter then did not ask or seek to find, that I am aware of, WHO IS THE MASTERMIND?
