Jeremiah 31

Jeremiah 31 1599 Geneva Bible (GNV)

31 1 He rehearseth God’s benefits after their return from Babylon.?13 And the spiritual joy of the faithful in the Church.

At the [a]same time, saith the Lord, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.

Thus saith the Lord, The people which [b]escaped the sword, found grace in the wilderness: [c]he walketh before Israel to cause him to rest.

The Lord hath appeared unto me [d]of old, say they: [e]Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love, therefore with mercy I have drawn thee.

Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin Israel: thou shalt still [f]be adorned with thy timbrels, and shalt go forth in the dance of them that be joyful.

Thou shalt yet plant vines upon the mountains of [g]Samaria, and the planters that plant them, [h]shall make them common.

For the days shall come, that the [i]watchmen upon the mount of Ephraim shall cry, Arise, and let us go up unto [j]Zion to the Lord our God.

For thus saith the Lord, Rejoice with gladness for Jacob, and shout for joy among the chief of the Gentiles: publish praise and say, O Lord, save thy people, the remnant of Israel.

[k]Behold, I will bring them from the North country, and gather them from the coasts of the world, with the blind and the lame among them, with the woman with child, and her that is delivered also: a great company shall return hither.

They shall come [l]weeping, and with mercy will I bring them again: I will lead them by the rivers of [m]water in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is [n]my firstborn.

10 ¶ Hear the word of the Lord, O ye Gentiles, and declare in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel, will gather him, and will keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.

11 For the Lord hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand [o]of him, that was stronger than he.

12 Therefore they shall come, and rejoice in the height of Zion, and shall run to the bountifulness of the Lord, even for the [p]wheat and for the wine, and for the oil, and for the increase of sheep and bullocks: and their soul shall be as a watered garden, and they shall have no more sorrow.

13 Then shall the virgin rejoice in the [q]dance, and the young men and the old men together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and give them joy for their sorrows.

14 And I will replenish the soul of the Priests with [r]fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the Lord.

15 Thus saith the Lord, A voice was heard on high, a mourning, and bitter weeping. [s]Rachel weeping for her children, refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not.

16 Thus saith the Lord, Refrain the voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the Lord, and they shall come again from the land of the enemy:

17 And there is hope in thine end, saith the Lord, that thy children shall come again to their own borders.

18 I have heard [t]Ephraim lamenting thus, Thou hast corrected me, and I was chastised as an [u]untamed calf: [v]convert thou me, and I shall be converted: for thou art the Lord my God.

19 Surely after that I was converted, I repented, and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my [w]thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.

20 Is Ephraim [x]my dear son or pleasant child? yet since I spake unto him, I still [y]remembered him: therefore my bowels are troubled for him. I will surely have compassion upon him, saith the Lord.

21 Set thee up [z]signs: make thee heaps: set thine heart toward the path and way, that thou hast walked: turn again, O virgin of Israel: turn again to these thy cities.

22 How long wilt thou go astray, O thou rebellious daughter? for the Lord hath created [aa]a new thing in the earth: A WOMAN shall compass a man.

23 Thus saith the Lord of hosts the God of Israel, Yet shall they say this thing in the land of Judah, and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity, The Lord bless thee, O habitation of justice and holy mountain.

24 And Judah shall dwell in it, and all the cities thereof together, the husbandmen and they that go forth with the flock.

25 For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.

26 Therefore I awaked and beheld, and my sleep [ab]was sweet unto me.

27 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will sow the house of Israel, and the house of Judah [ac]with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.

28 And like as I have watched upon them, to pluck up and to root out, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to plague them, so will I watch over them, to build and to plant them, saith the Lord.

29 In those days shall they say no more, The fathers have [ad]eaten a sour grape, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.

30 But everyone shall die for his own iniquity, every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge.

31 ¶ Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a [ae]new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah,

32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers, when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, the which my covenant they [af]brake, although I was [ag]an husband unto them, saith the Lord.

33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, After [ah]those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts, and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

34 And they shall [ai]teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and will remember their sins no more.

35 Thus saith the Lord, which giveth [aj]the sun for a light to the day, and the courses of the moon and of the stars for a light to the night, which breaketh the sea, when the waves thereof roar: his Name is the Lord of hosts.

36 If these ordinances depart out of my sight, saith the Lord, then shall the seed of Israel cease from being a nation before me, forever.

37 Thus saith the Lord, If the heavens can be measured, [ak]or the foundations of the earth be searched out beneath, then will I cast off all the seed of Israel, for all that they have done, saith the Lord.

38 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that the [al]city shall be built to the Lord from the tower of Hananel, unto the gate of the corner.

39 And the line of the measure shall go forth [in] his presence upon the hill Gareb, and shall compass about to Goath.

40 And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, and unto the corner of the horsegate toward the East, shall be holy unto the Lord, neither shall it be plucked up nor destroyed anymore forever.

  35. Jeremiah 31:34 Under the kingdom of Christ there shall be none blinded with ignorance, but I will give them faith, and knowledge of God for remission of their sins and daily increase the same: so that it shall not seem to come so much by the preaching of my ministers, as by the instruction of my holy Spirit, Isa. 54:13, but the full accomplishing hereof is referred to the kingdom of Christ, when we shall be joined with our head.
  36. Jeremiah 31:35 If the sun, moon and stars cannot but give light according to mine ordinance, so long as this world lasteth, so shall my Church never fail, neither shall anything hinder it: and as sure as I will have a people, so certain is it, that I will leave them my word forever to govern them with.
  37. Jeremiah 31:37 The one and the other is impossible.
  38. Jeremiah 31:38 As it was performed, Neh. 3:1. By this description he showeth that the city should be as ample, and beautiful as ever it was: but he alludeth to the spiritual Jerusalem, whose beauty should be incomparable.

Animal Perversion, Wicked Lies, and Filth About a Wolf

The Daily Mail epitomizes how a perverse society projects human emotions and characteristics on animals. In this case a wolf…or what these folks choose to call the wild or semi-wild dog.

Prior to presenting their vomit and regurgitated extremely terrible misinformation, lies, emotional claptrap, and perversion, the author also reveals their hatred toward man while emoting their aberration concerning wolves they blindly, ignorantly, and with intended anger and hatred decide to mislead readers by calling the person who LEGALLY shot and killed a wolf, a “trophy hunter.” Probably this “trophy hunter” is also a “climate denier,” a “racist,” a “bigot,” a “Republican,” and of “white privilege” who deserves nothing less than huge fines, jail time, and with the suggestion of millions, even death. Damn, are we a sick society?

Not only do these delusional deviants get to decide whether a man or an animal should die or be afforded any resemblance of rights, i.e. Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, their empty, programmed, automatonic, paralyzed minds mandate that any hunter, regardless of what species they are hunting and for what purpose, are “trophy” hunters.

Therefore, using the same absence of rational reasoning powers, anyone who likes animals is a pervert and should be institutionalized.

Two can play this game.

Government Climate Report/Lie: A Criminal Event Worthy of Imprisonment

If you want a good laugh, the Government Climate Report (which by the way is NOT a “Government” report as the lying bastards want us to believe) can be found at this link. Note that for the most part, it was the same lying bastards who lied about warming temperatures that created the new lie about “We’re All Gonna Die!”

These phony baboons have an excuse for everything as they blame everything on “Climate Change.” They admit they can’t prove any of this nonsense but that doesn’t stop them. If you choose to believe that man is the cause of some kind of global warming or even climate change, just consider the fact that these buffoons have been caught so many times fudging their own data to make it look like it’s really warming up they have zero credibility everytime they open their mouths.

The report even went so far as to say that if it wasn’t for Global Warming, the earth would actually be cooling because of sun activity – wink, wink. The sun’s activities are keeping the rate of warming in check, according to these con artists.

One of the authors said, “We are seeing the things we said would be happening, happen now in real life.” Children can have vivid imaginations.

However, put a little thought into this statement: “Climate change is transforming where and how we live and presents growing challenges to human health and quality of life, the economy, and the natural systems that support us…

“Annual losses in some economic sectors are projected to reach hundreds of billions of dollars by the end of the century…

“We’re going to continue to see severe weather events get stronger and more intense…”

We know that “Climate Change” as is presented to us by the U.N., U.S., paid scientismists, and our extremely corrupt government, is about as fake as you can get, and yet, with the help of an enabling Media, continued hype of weather events, the same kind of weather events we have had historically for centuries, instills fear in people who are incapable of any kind of rational thought anymore causing them to accept the premise of Climate Change. Thus…We’re All Gonna Die!!!

There is only one way that all these “weather” events can happen as predicted. That’s if you control the technology to make it happen. We know the technology exists to control the weather with chemical spraying and lasers. This same technology can enhance a weather event that could cause weather systems to change the composition and the tracks they might normally follow, making them more severe or tracking them along desired routes in order to cause the most or sought after devastation.

As a means of hiding the Government’s own sinister, evil, demonic actions, what better way to do this than to fabricate Climate Change that is conveniently attributed to everything.

If the technology exists to manipulate the weather to make it severe, does it stand to reason this same technology could be used to make weather events less severe? Instead, the thieves, robbers, and liars in Washington, along with their paid bands of criminal scientismists, suggest the cure is MORE TAXES. And you still want to believe that your government is not the lying, cheating, stealing, corrupt demonic slimeballs they really are.

Return to an Apologetic Savage Nation

Recently, Jim Beers, contributing writer for this website, wrote an article that concerned a piece found in the Wall Street Journal. The premise of the work is that with the ongoing promotion of “neo” ecological theory of hands-off “natural regulation,” wildlife and land management, and “rewilding,” the society is regressing from a civilized people back to a savage existence.

It prompted me to write my own article that first appeared in print in the Bethel Citizen (small Maine town) newspaper. Here is that article:

Return to a “Savage” State

Open Air with Tom Remington

James Beers, a former U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service employee who spent considerable time in Washington, D.C., who became a whistleblower discovering as much as $60 million was stolen from Pittman-Robertson Federal Excise taxes to be used for reintroducing wolves to the Northern Rockies and other illegal activities, recently said that if we are not willing to put a stop to the current “Ecological Theory” that places man as equal to or lesser than that of plants and animals and “spiritual rewilding” our forests and plains, this lack of action will “…return all of us eventually into a “savage state.”

The definition of “civilize” is “to bring out of a savage state.” As our civilization advanced from what some have perceived as uncontrolled slaughter of many of our wild animals and destruction of the habitat that confronted the settlers, through responsible wildlife management which led to developing an understanding of the cooperation of both consumption and conservation, establishing the North American Model of Wildlife Management, we are now moving in a direction that is calling for a hands-off approach to plant and animal management; establishing wilderness and predator protection based somewhat on the belief that Nature produces a preferred outcome.

If the land was in a “natural” state when we found it, i.e. “savage state,” working to restore it to what it once was, or what we think it once was, surely must be a return to an uncivilized, savage state.

We have and are being misled that leaving things up to Nature, will provide for a stabilization of animal and plant existence, i.e. that Nature achieves a “balance” where everything is Nirvana. My very good friend, Dr. Valerius Giest, a professor emeritus at the University of Calgary, says that the Utopian belief in nature, free from the hands of man, achieving balance is “intellectual rubbish.” Life consists of constant negative and positive feedback loops where everything is in constant change.

Leaving it to Nature will yield what Nature has to offer. Reality shows us that Nature’s results are not what most of us prefer. We prefer control and manipulation to achieve healthy plants and wildlife as best possible, while at the same time continuing to provide an opportunity for that long-held, civilized existence of regulated hunting, trapping, and fishing.

If we prefer a healthy existence for our wildlife, someone has to manage and control it. Nature will not, contrary to what some believe, give us what we want in this civilized society. Taking from the resource in a responsible, scientific approach is a cooperation that undertakes the task of managing wildlife for a healthy bounty and providing opportunities for those who wish to take sustenance from that resource. It’s a win-win.

It seems with each passing year, the grumbles and groans get louder and louder of the need to end hunting, fishing, and trapping. As it currently stands, we exist in a back scratching situation where licensed hunters, fishers, and trappers pay the costs of wildlife management in return for an opportunity to reap the rewards of taking from the resource. To deny that privilege, thinking wildlife will manage itself is wrong thinking. To steal it away with a belief that wildlife will control itself is uncivilized, returning us eventually to the previous savage state.

The next time you see a hunter, trapper, or fisherman, thank them for providing the means of responsible conservation so that all of us can enjoy a healthy wildlife.

********

Today, a friend sent me a link to an article published at National Review called “Friends of Elmer.” In this piece of work, the author points out how the existence of the (perhaps second) oldest profession, hunting, has morphed into an act of apologizing and calling on all hunters, as was requested by the long-held magazine of hunting and outdoor activities, Sports Afield, “…for the sake of the hunting community, please don’t say anything about it on social media, and please, please don’t post any pictures.” This in regards to whether anyone was able to obtain a license to hunt a grizzly bear.

Another hunting magazine was quoted as saying, “We need to be very, very careful and intentional about what we post and what are in those posts.”

The author of the referred-to article writes: “The problem with that line of argument is that dead animals are necessarily front-and-center when it comes to hunting. That is, ultimately, what hunting is about — and hunters should not apologize for that. Hunting is one of the most ancient of organized human undertakings: Hunting, and not that other thing, may very well be the world’s oldest profession. And whether one thinks of it as sport or ritual — or simply as gathering protein — it is part of an honorable tradition, and a pursuit that can be, at its best, profound.”

Aren’t these actions of apologizing for being a hunter and for hunting, and the fear we are instilled with driving us to feel the need to apologize, just another aspect of this society’s regression toward a savage state? If, as has been stated, our society brought itself out of an uncivilized existent, to return to that is savage.

I witness repeatedly, fish and wildlife departments across the country living in fear of lawsuits from environmentalists and animal rights groups. I understand the concern but not the fear (or apologies) but are we to shed our responsibilities to manage, control, protect where needed, etc. wildlife because we fear a lawsuit?

The author says that the protests from people are “aesthetic” – a set of idealistic false principles guiding one’s every move, an almost “Keeping up with the Joneses” kind of existence. It also sounds a lot like the changing of our “Foundational Libraries” – the Power Structure‘s efforts to rewrite the foundational principles and morals that are the driving force of our cultural existence.

Partly because of fear of lawsuits, but mostly due to Environmentalism’s powerful outreach to brainwash (change the foundational library) the masses, this very disease has reached epidemic proportions in this country, as can be witnessed at any time in our society; apologizing for being a hunter. I guess it holds more moralistic and cultural value to proclaim your sexual orientation and expose your immoral behavior, along with your hatred and complete disregard for your Creator, than to admit you are a hunter.

If you are ashamed to be a hunter, feel the need to apologize, and believe that the North American Model of Wildlife Management is wrong, before you apologize for being a hunter, destroy your guns and never buy a hunting license again. Don’t be an apologist as some of our traditional hunting magazines, as well as many hunters, are doing. They are only doing the bidding for those changing our foundational structures while at the same time putting a noose around the necks of themselves and the long-held heritage of hunting.
