The Relentless Grip of Totalitarian Thought

Merriam Webster’s Dictionary defines “Totalitarian” as: “of or relating to a political regime based on subordination of the individual to the state and strict control of all aspects of the life and productive capacity of the nation especially by coercive measures (as censorship and terrorism), ” in addition: “completely regulated by the state especially as an aid to national mobilization in an emergency.”

Totalitarianism is defined as the political system implementing the above definition. Most believe that a mere despotic ruler, such as George W. Bush and/or Barack H. Obama (relating only to modern times), are the authors of totalitarianism and those who foment this repression of individuality, while delimiting the need for distinct and unique thought. In fact, despotic rulers most often are simply reaping the harvest of the crop planted before them.

Eric Hoffer, in his book, The True Believer, says, “No matter how vital we think the role of leadership in the rise of a mass movement, there is no doubt that the leader cannot create the conditions which make the rise of a movement possible. He cannot conjure a movement out of the void. There has to be an eagerness to follow and obey, and an intense dissatisfaction with things as they are, before movement and leader can make their appearance.”

For certain, totalitarianism is a movement and absolutely Barack Obama did not invent it. It just so happens that he has a mass of people that have been prepared; he has an ardent following begging to be led having been poorly educated, by design, to deny individualism through governmental subordination; he also has the intense dissatisfaction (recalling the national mindset at the conclusion of the Bush years.) with the way things are. And now the people are ripe. They want someone to lead them, tell them what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Barack Obama has a weak and submission mass to true believers that he can and does mold as clay.

Can anyone left with a vein of thought deny that every aspect of an American’s life is regulated?

Complete independence is the pinnacle of freedom. Individual freedom threatens totalitarianism; it threatens the posterity of the bloodlines of elite entitlement. Independence includes independent thought, that results in asking questions. This also becomes a threat.

We have learned that the manipulation of the mind is not a new concept. Unfortunately a scientific concept of mind control was used for all the wrong reasons. Brainwashing sets the stage for the totalitarian mind set. Through our schools, television, music, video games, books, news media, governmental agencies, non governmental agencies, we have all become products of a well-planned game of mind control. The goal is to get us to become useless robots, incapable of independent thought and ripe and ready for submission.

The many recent debates going on exemplifies the depth to which that described by Eric Hoffer above has taken over the people of this country. The planned attack on this society has readied us to submission. We are subordinate to government. Is it mere coincidence that with every action in our society, good or bad, has to be followed by calls for “something to be done?” With each “something to be done”, one more chip is taken out of our independence; one more ounce of freedom lost.

It’s easy to blame Barack Obama for all the seeming despotic and dictatorial actions he has taken but remember, he cannot do this alone. If what Hoffer tells us is true that a leader, “cannot conjure a movement out of the void” then it only stands to reason that this society’s readiness has been long in the making.

Environmentalism, Tyrannical Government Destroys Business and Family Lives

Here’s the story of a family that finally gave up trying to fight the government-backed environmental movement and will lose their business, family farm and put 31 working people out of jobs, etc.

As Americans we often turn a blind eye to this sort of totalitarian government-backed events, passing them off for unknown reasons mostly. It’s very unfortunate that people don’t wake up and realize that when it happens to them, and it will, it’s too late.

It Now Costs Us Money to Not Use Renewable Energy

There are two things to point out about this link to what is being despicably displayed as a “study”. It’s a farce and should anger the scientific community that some organization with such a political bias, driven by agendas that will pad one’s wallet, makes a complete mockery of the scientific process and scholarship. But, that is what has transpired in our society; an outcome-based swindle disguised as science with no other purpose than to effect public opinion. God, it’s really all about the money, isn’t it?

The second thing is to point out is that the basis for the farcical findings of this “study”, is akin to your mother telling you that if you don’t stop playing with yourself you’ll go blind.

Here’s the farce.

Real or Imagined, America Has Changed

I recall several years ago, Oldsmobile, a product of General Motors, attempted to remake the image of Oldsmobile. For decades Oldsmobile assumed the identity of being an automobile designed and manufactured for “old people”, real or imagined. Prior to the halting of production of Oldsmobile cars, the company took on an advertising campaign in which they plastered the advertising world with the logo: This is not your father’s Oldsmobile. Needless to say, the ad campaign failed and Oldsmobile could not be marketed to the general automobile-buying public and thus contributed to the failure of the building of any more of the cars.

America, for decades, assumed an identity of being a country designed for everyone. It became the greatest nation on earth, a land of freedom “of” and not freedom “from”. Rights were respected and efforts of all were geared toward making the country better and stronger with more opportunities from everyone, not the hate mongering, divisive, corrupt element that overwhelms this nation; one that treads on rights.

Real or imagined America is not your fathers’ country. This advertising campaign has worked. For some the change is real and with that reality comes a vision of an appalling disfigurement, a country unappealing, repugnant and oppressive. For those who don’t see it that way, perhaps you are the ones who have actively sought to make this country what it has become and you like it. If you think the America of today is the same or better than the America of my father, you are part of the problem.

Are you seeing it? Are your eyes open? Still in denial? Don’t want to see what is real, the results of your labor?

I had to go out this morning. While I was out, I decided to stop at several stores in the area and check on the availability of ammunition. There is none and each clerk or store owner told me the same thing; “I haven’t any idea when we will be getting a shipment in.”

I am 60-years old. I don’t recall ever in my lifetime that ammunition of every caliber was not available. How about you? And why is that?

There is another trend taking place that smart people have probably already noticed and blind and brainwashed people wouldn’t even want to see if they could.

While I was out, like I always do when I go into a grocery store, department store, sporting goods store, flea market or yard sale, I looked for survival items and special deals on food stuff that can be put in my storage closet for survival. When there is a good deal, I buy it and take it home to add to my supply, including ammunition.

These common items, if you are a “survivalist” you know what they are, are beginning to show signs of shortages. I commonly see empty shelves where once there was an abundance. Why is that do you suppose?

This is not your father’s America, that is why!

While I was in Wal-Mart, I also roamed the aisles, after checking the ammo department, and grabbed a few items that were priced pretty good, threw them in my cart and headed for the checkout. Now, I am one who believes that NOTHING happens by random chance. Such was the case this morning. As I pushed my cart along the aisle looking for a line to get in, I was about to fall into the shortest of the long lines that had formed at each register. I glanced one more time around and standing in the middle of all this mess of people was a cashier looking directly at me and waving her arms and hands to come to her register because there was nobody there. I mean seriously. You should have been there and seen it. It was almost weird.

I waved back and scurried with my cart over to her register. We exchanged pleasantries and to be honest I did not think all that much about the oddity that with all the people, this lady had nobody in her line and singled me out. It was not until after what happened next that I realized this was not happenstance.

I’ll tell you exactly what I had in my cart: paper plates, 6 packages of Ramen noodles, a bulk package of macaroni and cheese and 2, 1-pound bags of black beans. I placed them on the counter.

Eventually the cashier asks of me, “Now, what are you doing with all these beans?”

I personally do not think that buying 2, 1-pound bags of black beans constitutes “all these beans,” but I went along with it. (She should see my closet.)

I replied, “I’m not sure you would believe me or even understand if I told you.”

She looked at me a bit puzzled and then I thought to myself that this was a great opportunity to tell her and if nothing more, catch a reaction or get her to thinking.

“I am buying much of this stuff just to add to my stockpile of survival food. This country and the world, for that matter are going to hell in a hand basket, and I plan on at least having some food and other supplies ahead of time for me and my family when food becomes short in supply,” I answered. “And, I need to be able to protect my property.”

She looked at me and winked and began telling me that her son, who lives in California, sends her money periodically with instructions to “stock up.” And then she says, “Well, I believe the Lord will take care of us.”

I answered back, “I believe that too. That is why He has opened my eyes and given me all the right things to read, research and learn about and why I am here today buying food to plan ahead. He’s taking care of me. This isn’t my idea!”

Also during our brief encounter, I shared that America is not the country of my father and not the one I grew up in and brought up the fact that their sporting goods department was void of ammunition to sell and that this was one of the indications that something was not right. People are scared and at perhaps no other time in American history have so many people felt so insecure and unsettled about their own future and that of this country.

As I am exchanging ideas and information with this woman, a middle-aged woman who was behind me in line, kept edging closer and closer in order to hear what we were saying. I finally looked directly in her eyes and she asked, “Are you serious about all this?”

“Very,” I replied. “But do I look worried about it? Get ready because I believe it is coming to this country soon.”

Leaving the store, it was obvious this entire event was not happenstance. I was put in that lady’s check out line deliberately and I was thankful that I had spoken up and shared what and when I did.

America has lost its identity. The corrupt leadership of this nation and around the globe is determined to convince us that what was my father’s America, is no longer any good. They have stopped production on that brand and we are being directed to buy something foreign made.

Get ready!…………………………….or laugh at me.

Costa Rica Bans Hunting

Costa Rica, located in Central America, has become the first country in the Americas to ban hunting. According to one news report, “President Laura Chinchilla, who supports the measure, is expected to sign it into law in the next days.” But nobody is asking the real question as to why this is happening. Let’s take a look.

Costa Rican President Laura Chinchilla was elected in 2010. She is a member of the National Liberation Party and her party holds a very clear majority in the Costa Rican Legislature, of at least a 2 to 1 margin. The National Liberation Party is a member of Socialist International.

Laura Chinchilla graduated from the University of Costa Rica and then went on to receive her master’s degree in public policy from Jesuit-run Georgetown University. She has opposed any efforts to change the country’s labeling of being a Roman Catholic nation; in other words she opposes any kind of separation of church and state.

Socialist International is a group of over 100 countries striving toward what they call, “democratic socialism”. Currently the president of Socialist International, hails from Greece, if that tells you anything.

Of utmost importance to Chinchilla are, “[e]nvironmental protection and sustainability”; those famous and recognizable words from the Vatican-controlled United Nations and Agenda 21. She advocates for the brainwashing of Costa Rican children in promoting “Odyssey 2050“, an animated film that, “motivates and educates young people from around the world into taking action on climate change.”

The linked-to news account of this ban on hunting, comes from France24, a news agency out of France, whose stated mission is to, “cover international current events from a French perspective and to convey French values throughout the world.” So, we know that the report is biased and written in such a way as to promote socialism; a “value” of France. France is currently a member of Socialist International.

However, the news report states that the idea of banning recreational hunting in Costa Rica is a “popular measure”, it is obvious that it is popular in Chinchilla’s National Liberation Party, which, even though in the last election won enough votes, it fell short of 50% of the vote. We really don’t know how the people feel about banning hunting – only the National Liberation Party.

It should not be forgotten that that is one of the outcomes of socialism. As socialism grows, even the faux title of democratic socialism, the people have no say in how their government is run. It is run by the rulers of the government, in this case the Roman Catholic Church, i.e. the Vatican.

If you do your research and studying on how the Vatican controls aspects of the United Nations, you will see that they actively promote Agenda 21, along with programs that promote that the state governments, or more accurately a one world government, will own all the land and will dictate to the people what they can and can’t do and how, if at all, resources will be used. Most of the United Nations programs support preservation, which can easily be defined as anti-hunting/anti-consumption and anti-ownership.

So, now you know why Costa Rica banned hunting. How far are you willing to allow your government to go before hunting is banned in this country? I know. It will never happen here, right?

Cutting Off Supply Lines to Animal Rights’ Intrusions and Tax Dollar Heists

Just yesterday a reader at the Black Bear Blog left a comment pertaining to an article I had written last week entitled, “Relationships With Fish and Game Departments at All Time Low“. Part of that comment said:

When the Allies won World War II, they didn’t just fight the battle on the front lines, they attacked the enemy’s ability to fight the war by bombing their factories. They went after their supply lines. It’s the same with fighting the insane policies of the far left. You can’t just try to fight the battle on the front lines of public opinion; you have to go after their supply lines. And their biggest supply line is how they’ve corrupted the environmental movement and then use it to fund themselves to the tune of hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars.

Those of us who are knowledgeable about the antics of the animal rights organizations, have a good understanding of how, through dishonesty and abuse, these groups have successfully funded their activities. Perhaps what isn’t discussed enough is the fact that many of these same organizations have propitiously infiltrated every level of local, state and federal governmental departments and hijacked those agencies in order to perpetuate their agendas and funding.

In the article linked to above, I wrote: “Fish and game departments have become giant government agencies with too many powers and a focus that caters to environmentalism and animal rights and animal protection.” (emboldening added) What is it within these departments that has created this shift away from sportsmen and onto environmentalism, animal rights and animal protection? It’s mostly due to the infiltration of members of these organizations at every level and every agency.

Also last week I posted information about how APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) was looking to contract with someone or agency that could provide Internet spying on anyone suspected of any kind of ill-defined animal abuse. If you read the entire contract proposal, not only will you discover how radical it is, but that it smells terribly of something spawned by animal rights radical groups such as the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) to name just one.

On December 20, 2011, I posted a press release that was sent out by the U.S. Sportsman’s Alliance about the troubles with the U.S. Department of Agriculture/APHIS having been permeated by HSUS and as a result were setting the department’s agenda and policy in dealing with animal rights issues.

Moran noted in his Nov. 2, 2011 comments that he discovered U.S. Department of Agriculture memos authorizing the USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) to hold a forum—at taxpayer expense—on animal rights and agriculture. In fact, another memorandum noted that a prior meeting with HSUS and USDA staffers was held to “set the agenda” for the upcoming forum. Moran noted in his Senate testimony that USDA met with HSUS despite it being an animal rights organization and “no friend to rural America, farmers or ranchers.”

It’s vitally important to the information in this article to read the USSA press release as it contains several documented accounts of how HSUS has, like a toxic gas, permeated the USDA. It appears the method of operation is to first sue the USDA and then use that leverage to gain access and perpetuate their agendas.

Another example of HSUS’ annexing of the USDA/APHIS is found in an article sent to me by a reader. It explains how one person, Sarah Conant, before becoming a lawyer, went to work for HSUS as an animal protection litigator. She continued her work with HSUS through receiving her Bar license and after five short years was hired by the USDA/APHIS.

These are only tiny examples of what is taking place. These are the supply lines that need to be broken. We cannot allow the HSUS to be the indoctrination springboard where well-bred minions become agents within our governmental departments; the end result is the death and destruction of individual rights, freedom and this nation.

The easy part is exposing the evil. Cutting off the supply lines is a monumental task.

PART I – STATEMENT OF WORK
Internet Data Monitoring

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Animal Care (AC), Riverdale, MD, has a requirement for a contractor to provide internet surveillance/data mining for individuals that are conducting Animal Welfare Act or Horse Protection Act regulated activities domestically within the United States.

A. BACKGROUND
Animal Care is charged with enforcing the Animal Welfare Act (AWA) and the Horse Protection Act (HPA). The AWA requires that basic standards of care and treatment be provided for regulated animals for commercial sale, used in research, transported commercially, or exhibited to the public. Individuals who operate facilities in these categories must provide their animals with adequate care and treatment in the areas of housing, handling, sanitation, nutrition, water, veterinary care, and protection from extreme weather and temperatures.

The HPA prohibits horses subjected to a practice called soring from participating in shows, sales, exhibitions, or auctions. Soring is a cruel and abusive practice used to accentuate a horse’s gait. It may be accomplished by irritating or blistering a horse’s forelegs through the application of chemicals such as mustard oil or the use of mechanical devices. The HPA also prohibits drivers from transporting sored horses to or from any of these events. APHIS works actively with the horse industry to protect against such abuse and ensure that only sound and healthy horses participate in shows.

USDA, APHIS, Animal Care personnel need to monitor, collect and manage information from Internet sites for regulated activities throughout the United States. We require the expertise of an industry that utilizes technological advancements that can search the broad universe of Internet sources for information on individuals that are conducting regulated activities.

This project is to be designed to evaluate vendor’s Internet Search Engine functionalities, user interface, and data to ensure that the data meets the Animal Care program needs. The results of the 6 month initial pilot project will determine the feasibility of extending the contract.

B. OBJECTIVES

The vendor shall create modules that shall monitor regulated activities. The module shall provide identification, categorization and analysis of Web sites to identify persons suspected of conducting regulated activities without the required license or registration or illegal activities involving horse shows, sales, exhibitions, or auctions. The jurisdiction of the AWA and HPA are confined to the United States and its territories, so these modules shall only search for these criteria that occur in the United States.
The regulated activities to monitor are grouped into the following seven modules:

1) Sales of animals used as pets (all warm blooded animals)

2) Sales of wild and exotic animals

3) Animals exhibited to the public for compensation

4) Animals used for research, teaching, testing, and experimentation

5) Commercial transportation of animals

6) Horse shows, sales, exhibitions, and auctions (such as Tennessee Walking Horses)

7) Animal auctions

During the initial 6 months period of this contract, the vendor shall monitor two of the predetermined modules above, Sales of animal used as pets; and Horse shows, sales, exhibitions and auctions. After evaluation of the services provided, subsequent modules may be added contingent upon the success of the pilot project, not to exceed the modules listed above. For each module, the contractor shall work with Animal Care personnel to identify the search parameters needed to accomplish each of the modules above.

C. CONTRACTOR TASKS AND DELIVERABLES

Project Management: The Contractor shall assign a Project Manager for this initiative to oversee the development of the project, ensure the timely accomplishment of each task and provide the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) with a contractor point of contact for this contract.

A. Tasks

The tasks to be accomplished shall include:

1) During the initial 6 months pilot project period of this contract, the contractor shall focus on individuals or businesses engaged in the Sale of Animals Used as Pets; and Horse shows, sales, exhibitions, and auctions.

2) The contractor shall use their data mining and search engine capabilities to scan the entire Internet for businesses or individuals suspected of conducting AWA or HPA regulated activities without the required license or registration or illegal activities involving horse shows, sales, exhibitions, or auctions within the domestic United States and its territories. THE SCAN SHALL BE VIA INTERNET WEB TECHNOLOGY SEARCH ENGINE TOOLS, NOT A HUMAN BEING. The Internet sources include, but are not limited to:

* Global Domain Registrations

* World Wide Web

* Social Networking Web Sites

* Web logs (Blogs)

* IRC/Chat conversations

* Message Boards

* Public email groups and discussion forums

* Usenet Data

* Auctions – eBay.com and Yahoo.com Auctions

3) The Contractor shall collaborate with AC personnel to establish the appropriate search criteria for the identifying individuals or businesses engaged in the Sale of Animals Used as Pets; and Horse shows, sales, exhibitions, and auctions. The contractor shall promptly notify AC if there are any complications with the established search criteria.

4) The Contractor shall meet with AC officials to discuss search criterion in person, by telephone conference call or webinar. No travel costs for contractors are covered under this contract.

5) The Contractor shall make search data from the Sale of Animals Used as Pets; and Horse shows, sales, exhibitions, and auctions modules accessible online to the government via a Web Portal Display. The portal is made up of the following components:

* Dashboard to monitor activity across multiple solutions and users
* Case management system
* Message center
* Permissions-based user access
* Ad-hoc query access to client-specific data
* Ad-hoc query access to Vendor’s database of registered Domain Names

6) Contractor Intelligence Analysts shall review the pool of suspected data items generated by the Internet search tool to identify relevant data from the Internet. Contractor Intelligence Analysts shall summarize the findings as well as highlight the highest priority data according to agreed-upon criteria. The summary shall be delivered monthly via email and to the case management system of the Web Portal Display.

7) The Web Portal Display system shall be fully configured within fifteen (15) business days from receipt of the required Government’s data. The first data from the module shall be available to the Government within thirty days (30) from system configuration.

8.) The Contractor shall provide training on Web Portal Display system for reviewing of reports or search results to the COTR or alternate and AC personnel. Sessions shall be conducted via webinar.

9) Contractor shall provide a “help desk” option, where assistance can be found if questions arise from the reports or search results.

By Executive Order, U.S. President Seizes Full Control of All Assets Private and Governmental

While you and I were asleep at the wheel, President Barack Obama, who, since becoming president has chosen repeatedly to bypass Congress and govern by executive order, signed another executive order that effectively gives him, or any other president, the authority to seize and control virtually every aspect of existence away from the citizens of the United States.

The National Defense Resources Preparedness order, as some can image, is disguised as an act to enhance this countries capabilities to protect itself through “National Defense”. It is also being shrouded in claims of “emergencies”, when in fact, no “emergency” is actually required for the president to be able to seize control over people and their assets for the purpose of “National Defense”.

Before I get into the more shocking contents of the Executive Order(EO), let me include the definition of “National Defense” as is outlined in this act:

(j) “National defense” means programs for military and energy production or construction, military or critical infrastructure assistance to any foreign nation, homeland security, stockpiling, space, and any directly related activity. Such term includes emergency preparedness activities conducted pursuant to title VI of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5195 et seq., and critical infrastructure protection and restoration.

National Defense, as the president chooses to define it, is very broad, poorly defined; not as most people might consider the classic definition of national defense.

What is it that this EO gives the president power over?

(1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;

(2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;

(3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;

(4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;

(5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and

(6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.

If, while looking through this list, you wonder if it might include some aspect you’re not sure of, trust me it does. I see virtually no stones unturned here. This is a blatant appropriation of the American people and their property.

But let’s not kid ourselves, this power grab includes every imaginable resource available in this country. In addition, this EO grants authority for the confiscation of your property and equipment. If you own a factory, the government has the power to take it over and modify it in any fashion they so chose; all for the purpose of “National Security”. But it doesn’t end there.

Don’t miss the wording of the paragraph that leads into this list of things the government now controls:

(a) The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071, to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense(emboldening is mine)

Note that this is not about executing national defense or what is necessary in time of war or national emergency. This tells us that the president can do this “to promote national defense”, as he deems appropriate. We find more references contained in this EO that tells us this has nothing to do with emergencies and/or disasters.

(b) The Secretary of each agency delegated authority under subsection (a) of this section (resource departments) shall plan for and issue regulations to prioritize and allocate resources and establish standards and procedures by which the authority shall be used to promote the national defense, under both emergency and non-emergency conditions.(emboldening mine)

All that becomes necessary here is for one or more of the assigned “agencies” to propose a “need” to “promote” national defense and the government can seize assets and equipment and the people to run them.

This EO attempts to hide behind the “National Defense Executive Reserve” as a means of recruiting labor to carry out the mission to “promote National Defense”, in addition to stating each agency has authority to “employ” laborers, it does further go on to state that implementation of the draft or some other form of enslaving labor as deemed needed.

(2) upon request by the Director of Selective Service, and in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, assist the Director of Selective Service in development of policies regulating the induction and deferment of persons for duty in the armed services;(emboldening mine)

This is what most would believe to be implementation of the “draft”. But, is it? The Selective Service and Secretary of Defense will work on “development of policies”; i.e. policies in place are subject to change under this executive order.

The Secretary of Labor, now has authority to “collect and maintain data necessary to make a continuing appraisal of the Nation’s workforce needs for purposes of national defense;” Not that our government isn’t already doing this but with a more powerful reach into our privacy, we should be now looking for more probing and demanding requirements by the government in our workplaces, all to “promote national defense”. Look for this “data” to be personal in nature and nothing to do with “national defense”.

In the past, Americans have debated items like the Patriot Act, citing whether or not it is constitutional to cede our God-given rights under the guise of national security. Of course the Patriot Act was conveniently implemented and subsequently renewed after the events of 9/11. People were led to believe we were in a crisis threat from “terrorists” and such privacy intrusion and destruction of rights were necessary and so we gave those rights away.

This Executive Order goes far, far beyond anything found in the Patriot Act. To bury one’s head in the sand and claim this is all preventive maintenance has no means of sustaining scrutiny. This EO doesn’t even leave open debate as to whether any or all of it is necessary for the protection of this country. While it mentions emergencies, it just as casually connects all actions in this order in the context of non emergencies. All that is necessary is for the president to declare an undefined, unspecified need.

But let’s not omit one extremely important aspect of the entire thing. I suppose some would find reason to argue whether or not my interpretation of the EO applies only to emergencies rather than non emergencies but what is not specifically defined in this order is what must be in place in order to implement this National Defense Resources Preparedness. Each department or agencies named by the president has the authority to declare a need. This declaration is supposed to work its way through channels ultimately to the president’s desk.

Again, we can argue as to whether or not any administration should have carte blanche authority to implement such an order but shouldn’t implementation require a certain set criteria that first must be met? Better yet, how can America even have in existence such an order that ultimately destroys what is left of the Constitution?

This Executive Order declares war upon the citizens of the United States and enacts slavery. There is something seriously wrong with the presidential privilege of executive order drafting, when something of this magnitude is foisted onto a sleeping citizenry.

And what kind of human being would sign it? Surely not an American.

As you will find if you take the time to look around at other news articles and blogs across the Internet, you’ll find the real problem as to why America finds itself in a situation in which with little abuse and misguided agendas, such executive orders can be implemented.

I turn to an article in the World Net Daily, in which it states:

As it turns out, Obama’s executive order is nearly identical to EO 12919, issued by President Clinton on June 7, 1994, which itself was an amendment to EO 10789, issued in 1958 by President Eisenhower, and which in fact, was later amended by EO 13286, issued in 2003 by George W. Bush.

In our own ignorance, much due to the brainwashing of our nation, we have been led like sheep to believe that many wrongs make a right. This is why we no longer abide by the Constitution. Because a bill enacted in 1950 and subsequent executive orders by Presidents Eisenhower, Clinton and Bush, were enacted and signed, is not a case to support that any of the acts were constitutional.

The WND article claims that there is no difference in the content of Obama’s executive order compared to Clinton’s and that it is only to bring it up to date with governmental organization. Both of these claims fly in the face of honesty; one that there should never have been any ruling in this nation that gives power to the president to become a tyrant dictator while enslaving the people, and second, that the only changes in the order were “boilerplate” housekeeping.
