EARTHQUAKE? But What About the Wolves and Bunnies?

Luke 21:11 – “And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.”

The Word of God said that there would come a day, “in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.” (Luke 21:6) The Apostles wanted to know what things they could look for that might give them an indication as to when Christ would return. His answer to them was, in part, Luke 21:11.

He said that nation would rise against nation and there would be wars and rumors of wars and earthquakes in many different places in which would usher in the Second Coming of Christ. Christ said not “to be terrified,” that “these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.” (Luke 21:9) – meaning soon thereafter.

I also don’t find in God’s word that the earth will be destroyed. However, some think so. Infowars is pushing the eminent destruction of a good part of the United States “when” an eruption 2,000 times more destructive than Mt. St. Helens, blows up Yellowstone.

We have seen a dramatic spike in global seismic activity that is unlike anything that we have seen in ages, and that is why what is going on at Yellowstone is so incredibly alarming.  Geologists tell us that a full-blown eruption of the Yellowstone supervolcano would have up to 2,000 times the power of the Mount St. Helens volcanic eruption of 1980, and approximately two-thirds of the country would immediately become uninhabitable.

Certainly not impossible, that’s for sure. This may be one of those things in which we should not be terrified but to understand that they first must happen, “but the end is not by and by.”

As I was reading the article and thinking about the possibility of such destruction (and certainly not terrified) I wondered of the perverted minds of those so wickedly in love with wolves and animals in general, disparaging the worth of man. Surely such minds would prefer the destruction of men over animals, so what then will become their mind set should such an event occur?

Some of these people have given their whole lives to save the wolves, save the bears, etc. Perhaps their efforts could be better channeled. Many, who see places like Yellowstone Park, a man-infiltrated exploitation of God’s natural resources, as a good thing, and others work feverishly to prohibit man’s use of God’s natural resources, should understand one thing. They may believe they can control these places and manipulate the minds of others toward perverse animal behavior but the power of The Creator surpasses all of man’s understanding.

You Can’t Fix Worldly Problems by Being Part of Worldly Problem

Part of the blindness that people of the world, including those in this country, experience is the belief that in order to correct the problems, many of which are rooted in politics, is to be a part of those politics. For those who trust in the Word of God, Yeshua tells us repeatedly to not be a part of this world, to separate ourselves from it. We are also instructed to expose the evil that exists.

If you and I were to be honest with ourselves (taking off the blinders) we can see that in our lifetime, and that of history should we decide to research it, regardless of the efforts as individuals we made to participate in the election process, nothing changes. As a matter of fact, it gets worse. This government of the world and the governments around the world remain corrupt. Most of us do, however, work very hard at convincing ourselves that our involvement and the person we voted for was better or made some changes we might like, but in reality nothing changes. It doesn’t change because the change sought for is of this world and not our Creator – Yeshua.

There is only one real change and it cannot be found by following man.

Corinthians, Chapter 6, holds the Truths of how those things which are of Christ cannot be a part of those things which are not. Verse 17, therefore tells us to: “Wherefore come out from among them, and separate yourselves, saith the Lord, and touch none unclean thing, and I will receive you.”

In the first Chapter of the Epistle of Jude, we are taught that in this world there are “mockers” of the Word of God. These have made the choice to separate themselves from Yeshua and His Holy Spirit. We are therefore told in verses 20, 21: “…edify yourselves in your most holy faith, praying in the holy Ghost. 21 And keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, unto eternal life.”

Romans 12 teaches that in order to separate ourselves from the evils of the world we must: “…fashion not yourselves like unto this world, but be ye changed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God is.”

No place in His Word does he instruct his followers to abide in the world and be a part of the World. He tells us that for now we must live in this world, exposed to the evils of it, but we cannot change the world by playing by their rules.

1 John Chapter 2 speaks to us about our blindness, the darkness that keeps us from His Truth. That darkness is sin. Verses 15 – 17 tell us of the only way to escape the darkness: 15Love not this world, neither the things that are in this world. If any man love this world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in this world, (as the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life) is not of the Father, but is of this world. 17 And this world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that fulfilleth the will of God, abideth ever.”

I have written many times of the powers of darkness that affront us every day of our lives. Ephesians 6:12 says, 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, and against the worldly governors, the princes of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness, which are in the high places.”

It may not be easy to wrestle against “principalities, against powers, worldly governors, spiritual wickedness and princes of the darkness,” but there is certainty that seeking the changes we want in our life are NOT going to come by being a part of it. The evil of this world is a rigged system.

Revelations warns us of what is to be should we choose to be a part of and worship the “Whore” of “Babylon.” The Whore and the city will be destroyed. Verse 4 says: And I heard another voice from heaven say, Go out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

As always, the choice is ours. Unlike man’s government, Yeshua forever gave us the will to choose. We can continue to be a part of the False Prophet, the Lamb that speaks like a Lion. We can pretend that if we just become more a part of man’s evil government, we can make the changes we want. But we can’t. The Truth in Yeshua is the only way to end this utter and destructive nonsense. Should we all choose God’s way, He will take care of those changes we seek.

His promise: 2 Chronicles 7:14: 14 If my people, among whom my Name is called upon, do humble themselves, and pray and seek my presence, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear in heaven and be merciful to their sin, and will heal their land.”

Continuing the proclamation that the United States of America is God’s land, while sowing the seeds of evil, will never persist. Those who make this claim are liars. We cannot serve two both God and Mammon.

Ephesians 2: 8-9

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

We tend to make salvation in Christ the Savior difficult and complicated. Odd that for most people accepting a gift is quite easy and we are especially grateful for any gift and yet, for some, accepting God’s gift is seemingly impossible. God doesn’t ask us to jump through hoops, work ourselves to death, go into a small room and “confess” our sins to a man, or give $20.00 in order to ask for forgiveness. A cheerful giver never expects anything in return, neither does Christ the Savior, our Creator, Yehwah, Yeshua.

The only thing God asks us to do is accept his gift. Some think the actual gift comes later but that’s not true. His gift of salvation includes his Holy Spirit, who gives our lives meaning and helps us to discern right from wrong in our own hearts.

Some ask what can we do about the violence in the world today. Others attempt to make man-god laws. None of these things will give us true peace and happiness. Accepting God’s gift can put an end to all this misery.

Men Shall be Lovers of Their Own Selves

2 Timothy 3 King James Version (KJV)

3 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

The Foundation of Truth

What is your foundation for truth? Do you even have one? Or, do you care? Shouldn’t we all have one? I mean, how do you measure anything if you have no yard stick or barometer in which to compare it too?

Personally, I choose to make my foundation of truth God and his Word in the Bible. Regardless of what we choose are we so progressive in our nature that we, not only allow for the changing of our foundation of truth, but work very hard at making it a change that too often is rooted in the desires to better fit a narrative or a preferred lifestyle.

Historically, this action has always been. I suppose it has become man’s nature, due to the loss or focus on one foundation of truth. The Bible teaches that if we take our eyes off God and look to our guidance and salvation through man, we will become lost. God understood that man on earth would be required to find the right balance between seeking a righteous life through God, while obeying to laws of man, providing, of course, that they do not conflict. Not an easy task but one that becomes easier if we keep our eyes on a foundation of truth that doesn’t move and never changes.

In the Bible, in John 1:1 it says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.” This mostly tells us that God’s Word, my foundation for truth, has always been and will always be. With that kind of consistency, it should indicate a great place to focus one’s work to compare the works of man to that of Truth.

If we study history, however, what we find is a constant changing or interpretation of this Truth into which it becomes man’s truth. Governments, churches, groups and individuals have created their own understanding of even what the Bible says in order to position themselves in power over people, control people in every facet of their lives, change government, alter the foundation of church, change laws, promote different, most always more decadent, lifestyles, justify sin/wrongs and an entire host of other aspects of life.

Where do you seek truth?

The Source of American Individualism

In my opinion, the Judeo-Christian concepts of Galatians 5:1, 13, 14, 15 are magic in that these verses are consistent with the assertion that the Bill of Rights to the US Constitution comes from the concept of Judeo-Christian God-given rights.

Gal. 5:1 “Freedom is what we have – Christ has set us free! Stand, then, as free people, and do not allow yourselves to become slaves again.”
13″But do not let this freedom become as excuse for letting your physical desires control you. Instead, let love make you serve one another.”
14 “For the whole Law [think the Bill of Rights] is summed up in one commandment: “Love your neighbor as you love yourself.”
[The American principle of “Mind your own business” comes to mind.]
15 “But if you act like wild animals, hurting and harming each other, then watch out, or you will completely destroy one another.”
[Don’t behead people for the common intellectual curiosity of exploring other faiths or even atheism.]

Galatians 5 shows us that arguments for marriages based on physical desires such as sexual preferences actually pushes Godless hedonistic sin cleverly masquerading as sacred Judeo-Christian God-given individuals’ freedoms protected under the US Constitution’s Bill of Rights.

Such deception is only possible through a systematic corruption of the national education system in particular law schools. And it may take beginning the discussion of yanking accreditation of law schools that bury, for example, US v Cruikshank 92 U.S. 542 (1875) [right of individuals to assembly and to bear arms predates US Constitution and are rights not dependent on the Constitution] before systemic changes can be made.

American Judeo-Christian God-given human rights for individuals address critically important freedoms from the brutality and barbarism of the King’s and of Roman Law’s absolutism (that Prof Hamburger discusses in legal treatise “Is Administrative Law Unlawful?” 2014). Somehow the Godless would have us believe that American individualism, that is, the Bill of Rights, should include marriages based on physical desires contrary to our Founders’ Judeo-Christian views of freedom. Trials without jury, baseless warrants, seizure of private property, beheadings and other cruel and unusual punishments and more are the true forms of slavery and oppression.

Consider also these sources:

Our individual rights are sacred.
A legislative assembly has an inherent right to alter the common law, and to abolish any of its principles, which are not particularly guarded in the constitution. Any system therefore which appoints a legislature, without any reservation of the rights of individuals, surrenders all power in every branch of legislation to the government. The universal practice of every government proves the justness of this remark; for in every doubtful case it is an established rule to decide in the favor of authority. The new system is, there, in one respect at least, essentially inferior to our state constitutions. There is no bill of rights, and consequently a continental law may controul any of those principles, which we consider at present as sacred.” Id, Agrippa, Tuesday January 14, 1788, p. 538 Federalist and Other Constitutional Papers, Scott, 1902. [Spelling and capitalization in the original.]

Purpose and importance of the Constitution and its relationship to Government.
[Note that our Founders reference a Judeo-Christian God here as the Maker.]
If it be considered separately, a constitution is the organization of the contributed rights in society. Government is the exercise of them. It is intended for the benefit of the governed; of course can have no just powers but what conduce to that end: and the awfulness of the trust is demonstrated in this – that it is founded on the nature of man, that is, on the will of his Maker, and is therefore sacred. It is then an offence against Heaven, to violate that trust.” Letter 4 by John Dickinson as Fabius, Pamphlets on the Constitution, p. 794 Federalist and Other Constitutional Papers, Scott, 1902.
