House Votes to Reduce Your Inalienable Rights

Yesterday the U.S. House of Representatives voted and passed H.R. 38, by a vote of 231-198. All the usual suspects, i.e. NRA, NSSF, etc., are claiming a great victory. Stupid is as stupid does.

H.R. 38 is commonly known as the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017. What isn’t known by most people is that in order to get the bill to the House floor, it had to contain the “Fix NICS” portion designed, we are told, to improve the criminal background check system.

So what does all of this do?

First, let’s look at the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017 (CCRA). Most fail to understand that it should be an unquestioned (inalienable: unquestioned, unable to be taken away) right of any man to defend himself, and yet today’s American society does everything that it can to hand that inalienable right over to the power and control of Government. It makes little sense to me.

With this fact in mind, why is it that Americans are required by Government to be taxed on a piece of paper that grants them a privilege to own or conceal-carry a gun? We must also ask, that if it is an unquestioned right to self-defense, why can’t we cross state lines legally carrying a concealed or any weapon at all?

In addition, ignorants who think they are fighting for Second Amendment rights, are some of the first to stand up and make a lot of noise about state sovereignty. When it fits their narrative, in their minds the states have the right, as found in the Tenth Amendment (The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.) to control their own fates in ways “NOT DELEGATED TO THE UNITED STATES BY THE CONSTITUTION.” And so, by pushing Congress to pass a reciprocity act, they have now delegated the United States to control concealed carry, and the states have now lost some of their sovereignty in deciding how it wants to regulate guns.

With Congress now in control, a group of fascist crooks who would sell their soul to Satan to continue their quest for being pagan sodomites, can alter and take away their GRANTED, which you gave them, privilege with the drop of a hat. LOVING SERVITUDE!

True Second Amendment supporters, not those who think the NRA is their gun rights gOD, would be pushing to make all states “Constitutional Carry,” (poor choice of a label) i.e. man does not need a writ of privilege from any government to protect himself at all times. Which brings us to an interesting part of this new bill.

Some states have always had or recently enacted, laws that strip away the requirement for a permit to carry a gun, concealed or otherwise. With the passage of H.R. 38, where each state is to recognize the piece of paper issued for concealed carry, what does that mean for the constitutional carry person coming and going across state lines?

Read what “qualifies” someone to participate in the Government’s new privilege: “A qualified individual must: (1) be eligible to possess, transport, or receive a firearm under federal law; (2) carry a valid photo identification document; and (3) carry a valid concealed carry permit issued by, or be eligible to carry a concealed firearm in, his or her state of residence.

Constitutional carry assumes a person has a “privilege” to own, receive or transport a gun. There are already laws to deal with that. To qualify, that same person must have a valid photo identification document, a Government instrument, and “carry a valid concealed carry permit” issued in their state. Oops! According to the NRA and others, those who believe in the alienable right to keep and bear arms, just got punished. Whose side is who on anyway?

Seems that Constitutional Carry just got knocked down a peg or six and anyone wishing to be protected when they cross state lines must comply with fascist Big Brother.

So, you ignoramuses keep on turning everything you have over to the control of the Federal Government and soon you’ll have nothing. Follow the corrupt NRA, who is NOT the friend of Second Amendment people. They are the friends of making money and, like Government, will sell you down the river for a buck.

Secondly, it was basically the “Left” who insisted that “Fix NICS” be part of the bill or no deal. Many of the same people who think reciprocity was a good thing, also believe that a background check stops crime. In proclaiming victory, the NRA stated: “All Americans, including law-abiding gun owners, agree that violent criminals should not have legal access to firearms.” These are the same ones who stand and shout that gun laws only harm the lawful citizen, prohibiting them to self-defense, and yet they push something as stupid as a law they now claim will stop criminals.

Any “improvements” to the criminal background check system results in nothing more than more government control, which, it appears, Americans are falling in love with, and a further destruction of a person’s inalienable right to protect and defend themselves at all times.

We’re killing ourselves and loving it!

BUT DON’T GO LOOK!

Totalitarian Nurses Against Guns

Recently the State of Maine passed legislation that did away with the requirement of submission to the State and the payment of another tax in order to carry a concealed weapon. Mental midgets, programmed to live in fear, while controlling all others and stealing their right to choose, are in a state of panic telling others we are all going to die.

One such example of this can be found in a recent opinion piece found in the Bangor Daily News, written by three totalitarian nurses who believe it is their job and responsibility to force others to live the lifestyle they want and believing their murderous ways should go overlooked.

The nurses, as members of some nurses association, state what their totalitarian association advocates for you and I: “to participate in the development … [and] implementation of policies that protect patient health and safety … and establish a culture of safety.” Who died and left these idiots in charge? This is a clear example of power going to the heads of people who think it’s their right and duty to dictate to me their wants. What happened to the days when it was a nurse’s job to “nurse?” A nurse once was someone trained to care for the sick and infirm. Today, evidently that job is to intrude into the rights of human beings to live the way they choose, and that includes the right to self-protection.

The entire opinion piece is opinion, supported by fake statistics and data that is all nothing more than balderdash and biased, outcome-based studies containing lie after lie. However, I would like to point out one more thing that needs to be brought to light, although the majority of people will not agree with me.

The article states: “guns kill 30,000 people and injure 60,000 each year.” Perhaps the nurses should also include how many people they and their medical field kill each year due to malpractice and neglect, along with the slaughtering of people by administering chemicals and drugs designed to kill people.

According to information made available on NPR, the Office of Inspector General for the Department of Health and Human Services, reports that as many as 180,000 people die each year at the hands of piss poor doctors and nurses. Shocking? That number is for MEDICARE PATIENTS ONLY! A more recent study by the Journal of Patient Safety says that number is more than likely around 210,000 to 440,000.

Perhaps these nurses should turn their attention toward improving their own profession. Certainly they kill far more people than any guns do, and all under the guise of “protect[ing] health and safety.” I still retain the right to tell the doctors and nurses to keep their murdering ways to themselves. I choose not to partake of their witchcraft and voodoo ways. At the same time I want to be able to choose how, when and where I can protect myself and my family when I FEEL THE NEED, not when some nurse deems it so while at the wheel of a murdering system called Health Care.

The Rise of Concealed Carry

There are still many more men who have permits, but now 25 percent of permit holders are women, and their growth rate is twice what it is for men. For blacks and other minorities, there is some evidence that they are increasing about twice the rate of whites.

Why? Again, I think the polls tell us a lot, but the deeper question here is, Why is it that their views are changing so much in the polls?

Maine’s Welfare Whores Give Millions, Can’t Find $100K to Fund Concealed Carry Law

The epitome of ignorance, screwed up values and priorities, can be found in the State of Maine. Just the other day I reported that Maine would fail to implement a law passed in the Legislature because it wasn’t willing to come up with $100,000 to fund something that no longer exists. The law did away with the need for Maine citizens to spend time and pay useless taxes in order to carry a concealed weapon. The Legislature claimed they just couldn’t afford to fund the new law.

However, the same Legislature voted millions of dollars in welfare handouts to aliens.

“I was appalled to find out this morning that the Maine Senate voted to give at least $6 million worth of welfare benefits to non-citizens just days after they voted to leave hundreds of severely disabled Mainers on waitlists for Medicaid services,” said Maine Department of Health and Human Services Commissioner Mary Mayhew. “Mainers have spoken loud and clear that they believe public benefits should go to Maine citizens in need, not to non-qualified aliens, but a majority in the senate has decided to listen to welfare industry lobbyists instead of Maine citizens.”

Whether you agree with the new gun carrying law, Maine’s Legislature has their priorities screwed up in a big way. This should be rectified.

Cost could hold up Maine bill to allow concealed weapons without permit

It amazes me how stupid people are. First, the State of Maine, unconstitutionally required people to PAY TAXES and be subject to FINES (TAXES) in order to carry a concealed gun. The TAX revenue was used to fatten the budget, help pay the extra help to administer the illegal requirement, and in the long run further increase TAXES on people in order to meet payroll and pay retirement pensions, etc.

Now, a bill has passed the Senate and House to do away with the requirement to obtain a permit and there is now concern that the lost revenue from TAXES and FINES will perhaps lead to not implementing the new bill. WHAT UTTER BULLSHIT!

AUGUSTA, Maine — Despite winning majority votes in both chambers of the Maine Legislature, a bill doing away with permit requirements for those carrying a concealed handgun might be holstered because of its price tag. The bill, LD 652, will cost the state more than $200,000 per year in lost […]
