LESSONS FROM A COMATOSE CHILD

By James Beers

The following WSJ article is an excellent description of how we have all allowed the British and our (EU & UN too) government’s declining value on human life to increasingly distort our culture and ultimately destroy all of our (once) “unalienable” rights.  Like the old saw about which was first, the chicken or the egg; unfettered government invariably assumes and then believes that we are “its” creation, rather than the other way around.

As you read the article, consider the parallels between British Health Care (BHC), the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA.

–       All three were made into law to save something: BHC to save human lives; the ESA to “save” species; and NEPA to “save” the environment.

All three evolved into government programs that were soon unimaginable to those that supported passage:

–       A BHC that would seize parental authority and jurisdiction over their own children and then mandate the child’s death despite vigorous parental objections?

–       A BHC integrated with Assisted Suicide advocates and forcible terminations of select adult’s lives?

–       An ESA that would seize state and local jurisdictions and authorities and force deadly and destructive animals like wolves and grizzly bears on rural Americans despite their loud and vociferous objections?

–       An ESA that purportedly empowered federal bureaucrats to take “private property” of all sorts “without compensation” while enabling quickening expansion of federal landholdings as unmanaged enclaves of federal authority and jurisdictions at the expense of diminished state and local political influence and power?

–       A NEPA that has the singular goal of forbidding any and all natural resource (coal, drilling, logging, lead mining and smelting, grazing, hunting, fishing, etc.) management, extraction or use while enabling federal takeover of more and more of American life and private property?

–       A NEPA that actually became so arrogant as to encourage bureaucrats to imagine their own fantasy authority and jurisdiction over “all waters of the United States” that by including these water’s watersheds means all of the land mass of

The United States?

In summary, government power and ability to abuse “the governed” is ever present and must be watched and limited constantly.  It is always a primary hidden agenda behind every purported “good purpose” like “saving” human lives or wild species or the environment.

Government is like a tree in a suburban yard.  When the tree, like any government, goes unpruned and untended for too long:

–       It shades out the garden it was intended to protect from the wind.

–       It occupies the air space the kids used to play ball.

–       It kills the grass.

–       It erupts all over the ground with roots that make uses impossible.

–       It sends roots into the basement causing cracks and leaks.

–       It drops leaves into gutters that must be cleaned at great expense and risk.

–       It deposits branches in the yard and on the roof that you must spend time and money to clean up.

–       It eventually falls on the house in a windstorm killing the owners in their beds and then leaving a barren lot with roots everywhere, a wrecked home, and a stump.

Don’t let anyone tell you can’t or shouldn’t complain about government.  That is like saying anyone that does, hates trees and wants to live on a barren lot.  That is not the choice.  The choice is a sensible tree species, pruned constantly and removed when it begins becoming destructive before it creates an eventual disaster as your life on your lot becomes poorer and poorer and you eventually die in your sleep from a falling tree – just like BHS, the ESA and NEPA need either severe pruning (as a result of being ignored) or removal.

I vote for removal.

Trump’s Dysfunction Carrying Into USFWS

As has been shown since Donald Trump became President of the United States, much of what he attempts to do proves either a lot of blather or useless drivel, and about all of it embroiled in controversy and corruption. Blame the Media if you choose, but Trump ain’t the first president to have to deal with a Media, of which he or any other president has the authority to control. In other words, Trump’s Administration is no different than many that have come before him.

In another way the President and his administration are showing their ineptitude, is the carrying out of such elementary, and yes, probably mundane, task of getting the newly appointed Secretary of the Interior, Ryan Zinke, to name a director of the Fish and Wildlife Service. What’s the big hold up? Excuses are like – you know what – and they all stink.

I was told that a director had already been picked but that the department was waiting for the “right” time to make the announcement. WTF? What kind of Nazi approach is this? What’s the right time? Is it that Zinke is that dysfunctional himself that he can’t name a director? Or, is the holdup in order that certain political and criminal activities can be undertaken while nobody is looking?

Regardless of the reasons the Department of Interior hasn’t appointed a director, the fact that it has been nearly 4 months since there has been new Trump Administration leadership at the Fish and Wildlife Service, like much of what Trump has done so far, it’s just another reflection of how he and his administration are not up to the task.

I remember when George W. Bush told the public about his job: “It’s hard!” And now he is followed by another, whom everyone thought walked on water, who seems to now think his new job as President of the United States is “hard.”

Well no shit Sherlock!

You Cannot Use a Rigged System to Defeat a Rigged System

*Editor’s Note* – One of the things that has not been learned by those posing as desirable for wolves to be “managed appropriately” is that, even though some may at times mouth the words that wolf protection isn’t about wolves, it’s about control of man (and any other claim you would like to add to this), the approach toward litigating the problem never changes. The system is rigged and you CANNOT work within a rigged system, including working with the riggers themselves and expect a different outcome. That is technically the definition of insanity.

The Federal Government, i.e. the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service/USFWS) repeatedly uses environmental groups, such as Defenders of Wildlife, Humane Society of the United States, etc., to accomplish the goals the Service intends. Study the history! The theater we are subjected to is the farce within the Court System, where the Service pretends to be interested, in this case, delisting wolves in the Great Lakes Distinct Population Segment, and then forces the states, at the states’ expense, to take care of the Government Issue wolves, once the damage has been done and immediate goals reached.

The truth is, the Government and all her players, will do just as they damned well please, when they damned well please, how they damned well please. That lesson is just not being learned. Somehow Americans, I suppose through systematic mind manipulation, continue to think anybody follows the rule of law, especially so the Constitution. We fail to see that the Constitution and rule of law is but for the convenience of the Rigged System.

The representative of the Sportsman’s Alliance is quoted below as saying that when the Courts make rulings, that to some appear absurd or “legally and factually incorrect” it “spells disaster for the future of the Endangered Species Act.” I suppose that such a statement regards the Endangered Species Act as something worth saving. That may be the first lesson to learn. A document, designed purposefully in a fascist fashion, i.e. forcing control over man, will only achieve fascist goals and man’s destruction. We persist in our own destruction due to ignorance and blindness. Failure to understand that the ESA is only another tool of the rigged system, insane activists insist, unwittingly, to carry out the wishes of the fascists by remaining in and playing the games within the rigged system. It’s insanity!

If and when one cannot come to this realization, is there really any hope of making meaningful change?

If there is a change in the ruling, it will not be because some player (lawyer) outwitted the other, bringing the course of litigation back on some fanciful track of rule of law and a proper interpretation of the Endangered Species Act. It will be because the Rigged System calls for that action and only because the Rigged System remains in control. Blind ignorance does not and will not effect any change.

You might ask then (but I doubt it) what can we do to change the Rigged System? Using the System to beat the System will prove fruitless. While nearly impossible, one must first recognize then move outside the Rigged System to achieve a revolution of minds that, in unity, will work to destroy, if it’s even possible, the foundation of the government man-beast. More than likely, we are at a point where only the Creator can make such a change.

Come out of her!

“Under the lower court’s ruling, it doesn’t matter that wolf numbers in the Great Lakes states are two or three times higher than the recovery goals adopted by the federal government in the 1990s. The ruling by the lower court means that until wolves are found in Chicago, Seattle and New York, wolves cannot be managed appropriately by state wildlife experts in the Great Lakes states,” said Evan Heusinkveld, president and CEO of Sportsmen’s Alliance. “The ruling makes absolutely no sense, is legally and factually incorrect, and spells disaster for the future of the Endangered Species Act, wildlife and our entire ecosystem, which is why we’re appealing it.”<<<Read More>>>

Fed Investigates Self, Nothing New in Mexican Wolf Lie

It’s a continuing amazement that the Fed’s investigate themselves and come to conclusions that absolutely do not matter when all the damage has been done and any rulings are worthless and meaningless. I suppose now some will do the happy dance and declare a victory.

“The investigation by the Department of Interior Office of the Inspector General, expected to be made public today, substantiates many of the allegations made by Catron County in a 2013 complaint – namely that the service protected “genetically valuable” wolves in the wild, even after they preyed on cattle, did not tell residents when wolves were near and did not fully compensate ranchers for cattle killed by wolves.”<<<Read More>>>

Reform is an Answer?

Below is how Richard Fernandez ends his piece this week that describes the condition that exists in which Americans are living. It continues to amaze me that some brilliant people, real or controlled opposition, can precisely point out the “problems” and the “chaos” that exist and the compilation of those events that is the man-created society prepared for us, and yet offers “real reform” as the cure. I think he is better than this.

Reform, real or otherwise, has no meaning! Reform is value laden. Reform means a person or group of persons don’t like what they have and so they want to change it – reform it; real reform carries a bit more urgency?

Most of what is given to us by men is fake, but yet we want to believe in something. We look for answers somewhere but seldom in the right place. It is our habit, or at least for some, to seek out other men for something good that is said or written. It is all too often empty of meaning. A writer can articulate the obvious but to offer “real reform” comes up a bit short. I would like to read his proposal for “real reform” to better understand where he comes from and where he thinks we are really going.

Real reform will not come from men. It never has and never will. Perhaps the first step is to understand that these events that stir emotions in people appear as a symptom of a misdirected society, but in reality they are created and directed by the very evil that we are programmed to turn to for the answer. Government, nay, man does not have that answer, but we can’t help ourselves. Never can one turn to the creator of evil to find truth.

Government, and that term is used with a broad brush effect, creates the chaos (Orlando, Dallas, etc. it’s all fake), they embellish their creation, causing people to display irrational emotions, and with the irrationality the wrong solutions are offered. Real reform is not a real solution. It too is fake.

Men’s answers are not the cure.

“The door to Hell can’t be shut by speeches. It can’t be resolved by the epideictic presidency of Barack Obama. It has to be met by real reform. Once black grievance gets going, what answer do we give to the cry, “Why not me? Why not me?” The basic problem is that the current system is economically and politically unsustainable. It’s been writing checks for years that it can’t cash.  That is the message of the crisis in Europe. That is the message of the crisis in America. That is the message of Dallas.”

Right-To-Know Panel Dog and Pony Show?

According to the Portland Press Herald, “The Right to Know Advisory Committee met Wednesday for its regular meeting and was not scheduled to address the issue. But board member A.J. Higgins, a Maine Public Broadcasting radio reporter, made a motion to take it up when the committee next meets. The motion passed unanimously.”

Perhaps at its best, this effort will be better than nothing, but I have serious doubts. This is, after all, government by government in which government looks out for its own. Few understand the issue of sovereignty and to whom and what power the people choose to give up theirs to. When you cede your own sovereignty into the hands of men, i.e. government and/or the heads of that government, what government does is protected by their right to ignore the laws that servants are expected to adhere to. In other words, government takes your independence and sovereignty and uses it against you because you chose to become that much more helpless, yet believing you have given up nothing.

This panel, like all government pseudo entities, will do just enough to calm down the masses and make the peasants believe they will continue to receive their “bread and circuses.” It amazes me that so few people approve of any congress and yet are so quick to find trust in them. Amazing.

Press Banding Together on “North Woods Lawless”

After the dog and pony show in Maine of an act of government investigating government, members of the media appear to be sticking together. After all, loss of right to know information, renders their occupations a bit more centrally controlled by government. Perhaps that is what is intended when we are witness to the actions of the Maine Government using smoke and mirrors to make people think they got everything under control, while continuing to stall all efforts to release documents about events that took place during undercover raids and in conjunction with the reality television show, “North Woods Law.”

When Repeated Failure Loses Its Mask to Planned Destruction

Many years ago, when I was in the U.S. Navy, I attended a school to study computers – repair and maintenance. We were studying Boolean Algebra. Each Friday we were always given an exam. Each exam would always consist of 20 questions – usually multiple choice. We were given 3 hours to complete each exam. On a particular Friday, having started the task of completing the exam, I soon realized that it was going to be impossible to finish the exam in the allotted three hours. As each question selected for the exam was “randomly” selected by computers, it happened that each question took a minimum of 1 hour to complete – if you were a smart SOB. I was left with the choice of leaving the remaining 17 questions unanswered or “when in doubt bravo out” which meant if you weren’t sure of the answer, select answer “B.” I bravoed out.

I got the first three answers correct and randomly missed the remaining 17 questions and scored second highest in my class.

The administration, sure that the only way an entire class could miss so many answers, insisted there must be a conspiracy as nobody could fail so much without intending to do so.

Hold that thought for a minute and consider the movie Casablanca. Louie, head of the Prefecture, for the sole purpose of protecting his own butt, plays along with the invaded military of Germany and the Nazi Regime. As part of his charade at carrying out his fake compliance with the Germans, whenever there was a crime committed, his command to his underlings was always, “round up the usual suspects.”

No I’m going to bring these two thoughts together as one.

Today, I was reading Richard Fernandez’s article, “The Brain Surgeon and the Cleaning Lady.”  “Wretchard” adeptly points out what appears to be the ongoing laundry list of “failures” by the Obama Administration in what most Americans believe to be “terrorist attacks” on Americans, at home and abroad. The author likens the act of attempting to distinguish between who’s a terrorist and isn’t by the analogy of giving the same test to someone who claims to be a brain surgeon and one to a cleaning lady. Results of the test should determine which, if either, of the two is a brain surgeon. However, it is much easier to just “round up the usual suspects.”

In my military school, had I repeatedly failed so miserably on my exams, I would have been kicked out of school. Upon a closer look, it didn’t take long to figure out, too many of the wrong kinds of questions appeared on the test. All was understood and forgiven but not before I, and others, were accused of conspiring to fail a test.

We are often reminded by Government, and is pointed out by Wretchard, that the “usual suspects” fit a prescribed set of character flaws and who is and who isn’t on one of their famed “terror watch lists,” and yet, once the “usual suspects” have been rounded up, they are let go until the next crime takes place. The entire event being fake.

At what point, if ever, will people begin to realize that the only way a government, or government agency, could repeatedly fail, as is pointed out by Fernandez, would only be a conspiracy to do such – a deliberate attempt to mislead for the purpose of achieving other sinister goals?

Readers have come to realize that I have written often that this government – the actual puppet of the ruling establishment that calls all the shots to be carried out by our president – creates the chaos, crisis, controversy, etc., then they embellish the issue, followed by offering a solution – a solution that government wanted from the beginning but had to make people believe they NEEDED a solution, i.e. the cessation of rights – natural and man-given.

If a person can truly discover and have understanding of the level of corruption and satanic evil that is the power source behind the American Government (they just don’t want to admit it and I can’t blame them), then perhaps they would be ready to look at things a bit differently. What I am about to suggest is a very big pill to swallow and most will think I’ve gone over the edge, but that’s okay, because I really don’t care, if I can cause just one person to see more clearly.

A few weeks ago, I asked a friend what they thought was the huge push by this government and all of their activist groups, to promote and bring to the very forefront, the lifestyle choices of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender. We could not come up with a definitive suggestion. Both agreed that if nothing else it was just a way to accelerate the destruction of a moral existence through the lies given us all about tolerance and diversity.

After the Orlando night club shooting, I began to see what might be going on that I certainly would not put past the ruling establishment, knowing all of the other absurd, vial and evil acts they have carried out.

Consider that the huge push to bring the LGBT issue to the front pages of every news media just in time that it sets the stage for a government-planned mass shooting in a gay bar in Orlando. Not only does such an event offer the ruling establishment, whom I have said have only to disarm the American people to gain total victory over a free society, the chance to extol the urgent need to disarm the people in order to be “safe,” but it also furthers the hatred that burns inside millions of Americans – a hatred intended to keep the people divided.

Wretchard suggests that the Obama Administration has failed so terribly that they have lost all credibility in even suggesting that government can do the better job of protecting Americans if they would just give up their guns. While I believe strongly that the evils of worldly rulers, whether directly or indirectly, have created the LGBT issue, resulting in the Orlando shooting. What exactly their intent in doing so might be, I’m not sure. Because they are like the rest of us and prone to mistakes and poor judgement, one has to ask if the Obama Administration (the puppet) is pushing the gay lifestyle so strongly, combined with the outward appearance of failure to keep the people safe, to further seek for the disarmament of the people, might just have the opposite affect. If government shows its incapability to keep us safe, who are we to trust for protection other than ourselves?

Obama, or whoever the president is at the time, playing the part of Louie, the prefect, calls out for the rounding up of his “usual suspects” hoping that the majority of Americans, like the Germans, will fall for the gag. However, we should never lose sight of the reality that repeated failures can only mean a deliberate conspiracy to fail in hopes of achieving something different.

Maine Warden Service: Taking Their Ball and Going Home

According to the Bangor Daily News (BDN), after a paragraph by paragraph rebuttal to a newspaper article, read before a hand-selected group of “lawmakers,” accusing the Maine Warden Service (MWS) of improper undercover tactics and refusing to release documents requested under the Freedom of Information Access Law (FOIA), the head of the MWS announced it was suspending all undercover operations and blamed the press for forcing their hand.

Col. Joel Wilkinson, of the MWS, said it was necessary to stop all undercover operations to protect his officers and the integrity of the department. He pointed specifically to the issue of the Maine Sunday Telegram (Portland Press Herald) publishing a photograph of the undercover agent who seems to be the focus of the newspaper’s investigation.

I have to agree that releasing that picture was a pretty irresponsible thing to do, stupid too, if for no other reason than to protect the man and his family from the psychos we hear and read about everyday. One also has to wonder if the Portland Press Herald (PPH) did that intentionally to destroy the integrity of the MWS. Are they targeting the LePage Administration?

However, I have made it clear, that even though the Maine Courts have scrutinized all of these cases, and did not find the MWS guilty of breaching any undercover guidelines, the rules regulating undercover operations for all Maine law enforcement need a review and the elimination of the allowances for law enforcement to deliberately break any laws the rest of us are expected to adhere to, for the sole purpose of catching a thief. Trained or not trained, no law enforcement officer should be permitted to break the laws on the books in hopes of making an arrest, with perhaps the exception of saving a life.

For those who have been following my reports and commentary, where does this leave Maine citizens in answer to questions surrounding what appears to be stonewalling by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife (MDIFW) and the MWS of FOIA document requests?

All that the BDN chose to report in regards to the document information request was to say that the MWS responded, in explanation, that they would only respond to requests for information that were done in writing, out of fear that any verbal communication would be twisted or taken out of context and used in ways, “to benefit the intent of the article.” For my purposes, this is not an acceptable or a sufficient answer to why the PPH has not received the documents they have requested – at least those in writing.

In addition, the MDIFW/MWS expressed concern over what might happen to information exchanged verbally, fearing it would only benefit the newspapers, that same concern exists in the reverse. I refuse to use verbal communication for very valuable information and will only accept it in writing because reports stemming from unrecorded verbal communications become a he said – she said argument. I do understand the concern of the MWS and I believe it is the prerogative of the MWS to seek all requests in writing.

To me, it appears the stonewalling continues and the actions and reactions of all parties involved suggest that the MWS is deflecting attention away from the FOIA legal issue and putting it on the Service’s desire to terminate undercover operations as a form of retribution toward the newspaper via manipulation of public opinion.

The PPH gave the MDIFW and the MWS a convenient opportunity to employ such a tactic when they decided to publish a photograph of the undercover MWS agent. That wasn’t too brilliant a move – retaliatory maybe, but not smart.

I think the MWS jumped on this opportunity to play on the public’s perception, as any well-greased governmental agency would do, and by doing such can draw more attention away from perhaps a real screw up in refusing or delaying the release of right-to-know information. One can only speculate.

How anyone chooses to view this entire operation, for sure, nobody wins. The only victory that citizens can hope for is a correction and resolution to the FOIA issue, in hopes that it will help to preserve that man-given right into the future – for whatever it is worth.

Don’t hold your breath!
