Day 62 – No Executive Orders

CHISELER!

Day 62 and still we find no executive orders on gun control posted on the White House web site.

As if I need to provide further proof that politicians, regardless of pedigree and liars and hypocrites. That pretty much applies to anyone associated with them. You see political office is no longer a position for a public servant. It’s a career and when careers are involved lying, cheating and stealing become the norm…….like we should be surprised right?

Therefore it comes as no big surprise to learn that Gabriel Giffords, former U.S. Congresswoman from Arizona who suffered wounds in a shooting rampage by a deranged idiot, posed with an AR-15 rifle and deliberately made attempts to deceive her constituency by appearing to “toughen her image.” Hey! Anything for a vote is the unspoken motto of slime ball politicians.

The latest uproar happened when some angry Arizona law enforcement officials thought there was a degree of hypocrisy taking place when Giffords used an “assault weapon” to steal votes and then turn around and become involved in efforts to ban the very same tool used for vote stealing.

According to the NRA, NBC news reported that the NRA would not oppose the expansion of background checks involved with purchasing firearms. NRA states that; “This statement is completely untrue.”

The more stories like this one I see, the more I am becoming convinced that the effort by the Department of Homeland Security to buy up 1.8 billion rounds of ammunition might be for the purpose of keeping it out of the hands of citizens. I would sooner think that if DHS was buying more calibers than basically two.

No fewer than 10 states have introduced pro gun bills that would directly oppose proposed federal legislation to limit gun use, access and ownership. CNS News wants to know if Barack Obama will turn a blind eye to the anti federal gun laws in the same fashion he has claimed he will not prosecute on recent states’ marijuana laws.

Day 54 – No Executive Orders

BUNCO!

After 54 days, there are no executive orders on gun control posted on the White House website.

Firearms companies who refuse to sell arms to states, counties and local governments who restrict ownership of guns to citizens at a level below that of government, has grown from 34 to 118.

It seems we just finished a crooked and nauseating election cycle and already the lying, cheating, double-dealing politicians are beginning to gear up for another mid-term election. This is a time where the corruptocrats polish up their speeches to insure that the lies they tell the people are what is necessary to win another election. We, the voters, after decades of this charade, have yet to figure it out and fall for their baloney every time.

The assault on Second Amendment rights comes on the heels of a Council on Foreign Relations’ victory getting Obama, the destroyer, reelected and just before the onslaught of mid-term chicanery. Voters need to be aware that EVERYTHING out of the mouth of a campaigning sycophant is not the truth and will never be the truth.

Obama Email: Make Sure To Pretend Sequester Really Hurts

LIARS! LIARS! LIARS!

“We have gone on record with a notification to Congress and whoever else that ‘APHIS would eliminate assistance to producers in 24 states in managing wildlife damage to the aquaculture industry, unless they provide funding to cover the costs.’ So it is our opinion that however you manage that reduction, you need to make sure you are not contradicting what we said the impact would be.”<<<Read More from the Washington Times>>>

When In Capable of Thinking Robots Speak – Think Tavistock

One has to wonder if Maxine Waters, a congresswoman from California, and Hank Johnson, a congressman from Georgia are related. If you might recall it was Hank Johnson who said that if we put too many people onto the island of Guam, it would tip over.

Maxine Waters said yesterday that if we allow sequestration to take effect 170 million jobs would be lost. That’s quite amazing if you consider there’s approximately 150 million jobs in the workforce that exist.

What’s funny and not so funny, all at the same time, is that The People’s Cube published a satirical piece on Maxine Waters and in it stated that for this reason she supported opening the borders so we can bring in more workers to take those unspoken for jobs.

Of course, People’s Cube wasn’t serious about Waters saying that but in reality that’s how politicians and far too many people don’t think only follow in this country. Repeat after my leader……..

And as can be expected these days, once Waters repeated something she was probably told and robotically accepted it, once called out on the error, she robotically exclaimed to have “misspoken.” Isn’t that the Get-Out-of-Jail-Free card only politicians get to play?

Comrades, comrades, comrades!

The Fake Photo of Obama Skeet Shooting

I would suppose that lying and the level of disgust associated with it is driven by who is faking it and for what the agenda is that the sham might be promoting. I think this is somehow defining ends justifies the means…..but I could be wrong. (And I just can’t get out of my head, “what difference does it really make?”)

It seems the Weekly Standard in its eagerness to further promote their agendas by perpetuating selected information that President Obama is a lying, cheating, snake in the grass, posted on their website that the White House has released a photo showing Obama skeet shooting with buddies at Camp David; a claim he made the other day.

Partly in the Weekly Standard’s defense, they stole the photo and stuff from New Republic Magazine, who said the White House had Tweeted the photo; shown below but the way things are who can confirm anything about this? View photo at own risk. Note: If you think the photo is real, well…..never mind.

obamaskeet

Ironic in many ways that intelligent people know and can easily figure out that Obama was lying through his teeth when he stated that he went shooting with his buddies at Camp David. Prior to this, the president stages a fake photo op with a bunch of kids, while pretending to sign 23 executive orders to ban gun access and specified equipment, among other absolutist/despotic actions. And yet when someone, other than the president lies, cheats and steals to promote their agendas, they are bad people in need of public flogging.

Can you say double standards? I knew you could not.

Global Warming/Cooling: Lies, Ignorance, Politics or a Deliberate Plan to Screw the People?

It never ceases! What goes on outside is manipulated into some of the grandest of rip offs, con jobs and scams imaginable and yet, why are people so eager to run with the ball and spike it in the end zone when they aren’t even sure they have the right end of the field?

Before I continue, I want to thank a good friend and reader for taking the time to compile the majority of the information and links provided in this article. It for the efforts of people like him, I retain some semblance of hope for our future……or at least his.

We are but 22 days from an election where Americans will vote and certain people will be placed into political positions in order to rule over the people and take away their rights, even more. All of the hyped up lies and deception wouldn’t be complete without a good round of fear mongering as to how the environment is being destroyed by evil man and global warming or cooling, depending on who the crowd is you are trying to persuade, is still a good tactic to confuse, befuddle and scare the hell out of people with.

What is the climate of the earth doing and is what you hear and read about lying, pure ignorance, driven strictly by politics/agendas, or is it a deliberate plan laid out by very powerful people as just another means of destroying individual wealth and freedom in order to control the masses?

My answer is all of the above!

Here’s what the people get to listen to and read, that is if any care enough to pay attention:

* In Maine from the Kennebec Journal, an article on Sunday says that Maine’s winters are becoming milder. And it must be the god’s honest truth because:

The research was done by the Maine Sunday Telegram with help from the government’s National Climatic Data Center. The work was reviewed for accuracy and for comment by the National Weather Service in Gray and the state climatologist at the University of Maine in Orono.

Missing from all media accounts of “global warming” are accounts that describe what is happening GLOBALLY instead of regionally or in pockets. Some of you may recall nearly two years ago when I penned a short article about “pocket warming“. Instead of being transparent and presenting information of events within a “pocket” or region, it is much more effective to stroke a broad brush and call it global warming.

In Maine’s case here where the Kennebec Journal talks of a warming planet and winter’s are getting warmer, is this a case of a regional warming while globally average temperatures are falling? Or is it lying, ignorance, politics or part of “the plan”?

* Staying in Maine for a while longer, those who follow my rants know what I have written about the terrible management, and I use the term management loosely, of whitetail deer. But our masters at the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife (MDIFW) have all the excuses, one of them being climate. From the newly crafted “Maine’s Game Plan for Deer“:

Maine’s severe winters influence deer survival and deer numbers. To survive our harsh winter conditions, deer move to dense conifer forests, most of which occur on private land.

Severe winters and the claim that Maine had two back to back severe winters that destroyed the state’s northern, eastern and western deer herd, doesn’t exactly fit into the data that the “honest to gods” government and National Weather Service provided.

You may also recall that in rebuttal to MDIFW’s claims that the loss of deer was almost completely blamed on severe winters, I provided data and graphs that showed that deer populations in Maine have been collapsing for the past 10-12 years. Have we had that many severe winters? One might be led to conclude that if bad winters are killing deer and Maine winters are getting warming, the deer population would be growing.

* In addition, if Maine’s winters are really warming, one might easily get confused if they also read another short article in the very same Kennebec Journal, written on the very same day. Sunday River Ski Resort made snow for the first time this year and that:

Dana Bullen, president and general manager, said Sunday River is committed to making snow when the temperatures make it possible.

He said the resort has opened for limited skiing before Halloween for five years in a row.

I do understand that with the growing technology of snow making, snow can be made at warmer temperatures but seriously, aren’t you just a bit mixed up over whether it’s getting warmer, getting colder or perhaps things are mostly normal?

* Let’s leave the pocket warming….errr I mean pocket cooling…..let’s just leave Maine for a moment and span the globe. A media source from Great Britain tells us that global warming stopped 16 years ago…..and they have the god’s honest truth to prove it.

* If it isn’t good enough to learn that global warming has ceased, Pajamas Media writer, “Zombie” tells readers we are heading into an ice age.

Have these two accounts disregarded the pocket warming of Maine and perhaps other places or is this just the god’s honest truth? Lies? Ignorance? Politics? a Deliberate plan?

It could be all lies in order to fulfill a purpose. Perhaps that purpose is driven by money, corruption, general greed, fear tactics to gain control over people, win votes, or any number of things in which we know that our society today believes that any means justifies the end result.

We are all guilty of ignorance at every level. Undoubtedly the news account of Maine’s warming winters, supported by the god’s honest truth, is almost never questioned and when it is, people get scoffed at and ridiculed.

The ignorance nicely plays into the hands of the lying politicians or any other group – I have environmentalists in mind – wishing to dupe the public to promote their agendas and steal money and rights from them.

* But in reality, isn’t what we are witnessing really the product of a much larger plan; a plan much of which begins with our education factories?

To support my claim, consider an opinion piece written by a biology major at Bates College in Maine. Everything he writes is garbage and yet this is what he is brainwashed to believe. This is an end result of “Outcome Based Education“; a very nice way of saying brainwashed. Consider his opening lines:

My liberal arts education at Bates College has taught me a lot about the urgent issues facing our environment and our communal well-being: The Earth’s climate is warming; species are going extinct at an unprecedented rate; and known toxins pollute the environment.

Those problems are caused by a human society that values obscene profits and luxury over a healthy environment and stable climate.

In just over 60 words this person has pretty much written the manifesto of how those wishing to control you and me intend to do it. His thoughts are pure, unadulterated garbage and yet wildly accepted within our society. Why? Because along with this indoctrination we are taught not to question. One of the things for those of you too young to know about, and I guarantee you won’t be taught about, is that what made this country the leader of the world in knowledge, production, liberty, wealth, progress, etc. was to question everything. Never be satisfied with someone’s answer until you have proven it right or wrong.

We have purposely become robots, walking about with mobile devices, brain dead, believing only what our devices tell us and never questioning or taking the time to prove it.

Before you vote, or the next time someone tells you or you read or hear about how the globe is warming and the evils of carbon dioxide are to blame, bookmark this link to a Patriot Post by Joe Bastardi.

Bastardi provide four very interesting graphs that compare temperatures globally against the amount of carbon dioxide. Another graph compares CO2 with tornadoes; another with hurricanes and a fourth the 30-year temperature averages versus the amount of carbon dioxide.

And don’t forget, it’s the god’s honest truth!

Where Once A Man’s Word Had Honor, Now Lies Have Become Truth

The dictionary defines a progressive as being someone who “favors progress or reform, especially in political matters”. Progress and reform are both gray issues; meaning there is no specific description of what each means. That in and of itself presents an array of troublesome quandaries that have led this fine nation into a spiraling abyss of immorality, or at least can be perceived by anyone maintaining some semblance of an honest and ethical lifestyle. One such example of “favors progress or reform”, in order to achieve a desired result, is lying. Where once a man’s word retained a wealth of value and was as good as good can get, now lying is not only prevalent but eagerly accepted among the masses of progressive, secular Americans. But why?

One of the things I managed to accomplish this summer while at my camp in the woods of Maine was to read. One particular book I read – one that I bought for .50 cents at the library book sale – was another in a growing collection of books I have about Abraham Lincoln, but in particular the conspiracy to assassinate him. The book is: “The True History of the Assassination of Abraham Lincoln and of the Conspiracy of 1865”. The content of the book is essentially the account as told by Louis J. Weichmann.

Weichmann was a friend of John H. Surratt and the Surratt family, including Mary Surratt. He also met and had relationships of varying degrees with many of the so-called conspirators, including John Wilkes Booth, in the killing of Abraham Lincoln and the attempted assassination of others. Because of this association, Weichmann was initially held by authorities as a possible conspirator but eventually much of his testimony was used to convict members of this group.

The book details the testimony and trial of the conspirators (all were charged and tried together). A few years after the initial trial, John H. Surratt was captured and tried and Weichmann details this as well.

Aside from the complicated mess of evidence, real and fabricated, it doesn’t take long to realize that the words and written testimony of those involved in the trial, are held in high esteem by both the author and the courts. Seldom was a person’s word brought into question unless it could be accurately proven to be a falsehood. Time was not wasted attempting to blur the evidence or present a person’s testimony as something it wasn’t in order to have influence over the jury. Words were either fact or fiction and if fiction you better have real proof. If it was proven a man lied, nothing that specific individual had to say or offer in the case had any value and was completely disregarded. Otherwise, a man’s word was seldom questioned as society still viewed a person’s word as something to honor and respect.

Can the same be said for today? We witness courtroom testimony and the words of witnesses, judges, lawyers, etc. and much of what they say, if not an outright lie, is misleading and meant to be so. Each side strives for a desired outcome and subjective morals and subjective truths are used in order to get there.

This is not relegated to just the courtrooms however. Take our media for example. Where once it was mostly taken as a “journalist’s” moral responsibility and obligation to tell only the facts as can be substantiated, now it’s more about ratings and who can be the first to tell a story about an event regardless of the accuracy of the content.

We Americans find ourselves once again mired in another presidential campaign, along with elections of certain member seats in the House and Senate. Honest and unbiased reasoning shows us there is little justification to trust a politician’s word about anything and yet as sure as flies are attracted to garbage, voters are drawn to the words, not perhaps because of the truths they may hold but for the want of what those recitations promise. We care not if anything uttered is truth, just that what they say images our desired subjective truths and morals. We are so fickle!

It is readily discussed these days, and surely who can argue, that what once was news is now entertainment. One coined word for this is “infotainment”. While it may be entertainment, and some members of this “news” entertainment might willingly agree to its description, it certainly is not presented to the masses of people as entertainment. Shouldn’t it be? Or has everything that involves truth and morality become subjective? Of course it has. American people take comedy and entertainment shows like The Daily Show with Jon Stewart or Colbert Nation with Stephen Colbert as legitimate news shows. We are so volatile!

At essentially every level of American society, progressiveness, i.e. the “development of an individual or society in a direction considered more beneficial than and superior to the previous level”, exists to some degree. We are all guilty. But what happens when one’s desires and idealism become the driving force in their life? To what lengths will they go and what conservative values are they willing to abandon in order to achieve that thought of as a, “superior level”?

None of this is new. This idea that morals and truth is subjective, meaning that one’s mind and thoughts can rightly justify the devaluing of objective truth, has been around in the minds of men for many centuries. Søren Aabye Kierkegaard, a Danish philosopher who died at age 42 and lived from 1813 – 1855, said: “…the thing is to find a truth which is true for me, to find the idea for which I can live and die.” He also was quoted as saying: “When he is nearest to being in two places at the same time he is in passion; but passion is momentary, and passion is also the highest expression of subjectivity.”

Because someone is passionate about what they might believe, say and do, this can justify subjective truth and the lack of adherence to a moral compass? Wasn’t it James Madison who said that the only way our founding Constitution and Bill of Rights would ever survive was if the nation maintained a moral backbone. It has not. As a matter of fact, the so-called progressives have managed to convince our American youth that the worship of God Almighty played no role in the construction of our constitution and thus the end result is a promotion of subjective morals and truth, leaving a nation lacking in leadership to seek Kierkegaard’s truth – that which is true to me.

When considering this kind of thought and the results of those thoughts, also acknowledge how this enters into the many debates that exist in this country that are “passionate” and often, if not always, embroiled in one’s subjective truth. In the work that I do, this is prevalent in the debates about wildlife management and the environment. Just pick a subject.

The Bible says in John 14:6, “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man cometh unto the Father except through Me.” For those who still adhere to objective truth and morals, God told us in his Word, that He alone was the Truth. Man’s words therefore can only be held to account of the Word of God in seeking truth. When’s the last time that happened in this country?

For the secular minded, be it told that Nazi Germany based its “truth” to justify the murdering of innocent humans on Darwin’s principle of “survival of the fittest”, therefore discovering their Kierkegaard kind of truth in killing those they believed to be inferior human beings. They also relied on Friedrich Nietzsche’s belief that: “Since there is no God to will what is good, we must will our own good. And since there is no eternal value, we must will the eternal recurrence of the same state of affairs.”

Not that the United States has now become Nazi Germany but provided that this nation, including each of us as accountable individuals, as well as our governments, powerful media sources, non governmental agencies, etc., continues down this road of dissing the Truth of God’s word and seeking their own truth to fit their agendas and ideals, we can only expect to witness a more blatant and intended bunch of lies in order to accomplish our goals.

God’s word is Truth. Every moral compass of the world should point to the Truth. When it does not, the lies become commonplace and those creating and perpetuating those lies will have succeeded in convincing themselves that “their truth” is what works for them and therefore all others become the lies.
