Parkland School Shooting: Everybody Failed

Is it success to fail? Is it a failure to succeed? My government failed, and I’m a winner? My government failed, therefore, I have failed? Regardless of your perspective, it appears that both sides in a ridiculous and phony debate about a mass shooting at a Florida high school are saying that there was “failure” everywhere, committed by numerous people and groups of people. There’s lots of blame to dish out.

To some, the NRA failed society because they are to blame for the presence of guns in our society. To others, the government “system” sworn to be our protectors, failed at all levels. The school system failed. Law enforcement failed. The Media failed. Oh, hell, I’ll say it because it has already been said before – stopping global warming failed.

If we are going to dole out failure certificates – because in today’s society everyone gets one – make sure everyone gets one.

Where did the failure begin? I suppose a sensible argument could be made that the first failure of man was when Eve ate the forbidden fruit. But, let’s move the calendar up about 6,000 years – time and place, the United States of America around about 1787. For those unable to make the leap, this was the year of the signing of the U.S. Constitution. The Bill of Rights was signed in 1789 to become effective in 1791.

The Bill of Rights was actually the first 10 amendments to the Constitution. There have been 17 more. Article V of the Constitution tells us how to offer amendments:

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

Our governmental failures began with the signing of the U.S. Constitution. Short of an all-out debate about the Constitution, try to understand the realities of what the government does in its regard. For some, this may be a difficult concept, but the governmental failure is due to it being a rigged system, designed as such. A government unchecked with the ability to write its own ticket is tyranny at work.

When it comes to the Second Amendment, so many of us take the amendment as it is written and demand that it be followed to the letter of each text. We do this with all our “rights” without considering the rest of the Constitution. A rigged system will not allow the original intent and wording of any amendment…unless of course, it is the interest of the Government over that of the people. In addition, this tyrannical government hasn’t reached the point yet where they are brazen enough to just totally disregard the Second Amendment (and all other amendments) and essentially declare a suspension of the Constitution for reasons of “rebellion and public safety.” (U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 9, Clause 2 – this is one rigging.)

Article I, Section 8, in part reads:

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

This is another part of the rigged system. Over time the Congress of the United States has assumed all power over regulation and the enforcement of such regulations whether or not you or I think their actions violate the Constitution. There’s always the catch-all phrase or phrases, like the Commerce Clause.

If we refer back to the Second Amendment, have the people or the Legislature (the People) legally amendment the text of the Second Amendment according to Article V of the Constitution? I’ve not seen that happen. However, have they succeeded (or failed depending upon one’s perspective) in amending the wording and meaning of the Second Amendment – and other amendments? You bet they have and there is no stopping the tyrannical power grab because our own failures have allowed it to happen. Manufactured laws and established precedent effectively change the original Bill of Rights.

“Reasonable” restrictions on any amendment of our Bill of Rights is illegal in the sense that it effectively changes the wording and meaning/interpretation of that law. But, that doesn’t matter, does it? Has Congress overstepped its authority to “make all laws that shall be necessary and proper” and such believe themselves to hold the power to disregard the part of the Constitution that lays out the steps needed to amend an amendment? Evidently we, the little people, don’t seem to think so.

For those who despise the Second Amendment, I got news for you. This same tactic takes place when “necessary and proper” for the destruction of all of our rights. As has often been stated, whenever the Government has full control over our rights they are no longer rights but privileges. Privileges can be given and privileges can be just as easily taken away. Perhaps it is time to rename the Bill of Rights to the Bill of Privileges.

Our own failures have provided the path for an easily rigged system in which the Government can do anything and everything they want regardless of what you want to believe. Our failures have allowed the growth of this Government so large that it is impossible for it to function at any level. It can only succeed at failure.

Failure is everywhere and it’s not just the Government and it’s not just society. James Madison, contributing author of the U.S. Constitution and often titled the Father of the Bill of Rights, once said: “To suppose that any form of government will secure liberty or happiness without any virtue in the people, is a chimerical idea.” What he was saying here is that it is but a pipe dream to think that any government can deliver liberty and happiness without first securing the morality of the people. That securing of morality has long since vanished I’m afraid.

Because our society is void of honest morality, to think that we can work with and within a corrupt and rigged institution to lock up our safety, freedoms, and happiness is but a chimerical idea. In fact, it is the culmination of many generations of failures.

Parkland, Florida is just the latest in a long list of failures. We debate the nonsensical portions of our societal failures, blaming everyone but ourselves. The overwhelming presence of insanity clearly suggests something must change.

Mouse Asks Cat To Find Out Who’s Baiting The Trap

A whistleblower says that scaring investors in the Stock Market is a planned event, manipulated by those inline to make a profit from it.

I don’t pretend to be a financial expert, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express once. According to this article, the whistleblower is trying to seek the help of what is part of the rigged system to fix the rigged system: “One of the most popular measures of volatility is being manipulated, charges one individual who submitted a letter anonymously to the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.”

It is more than likely the Securities and Exchange Commission, et. al. already know about this because they helped invent it. Give me a break. This is part of the mental derangement that exists with people in this country, and I suppose worldwide.

Isn’t it insanity for a mouse to ask the cat to fix the bait in the trap that the cat already controls? This is what we seem to do best thinking it’s a cure. It’s a rigged system. You can fix a rigged system.

You Cannot Use a Rigged System to Defeat a Rigged System

*Editor’s Note* – One of the things that has not been learned by those posing as desirable for wolves to be “managed appropriately” is that, even though some may at times mouth the words that wolf protection isn’t about wolves, it’s about control of man (and any other claim you would like to add to this), the approach toward litigating the problem never changes. The system is rigged and you CANNOT work within a rigged system, including working with the riggers themselves and expect a different outcome. That is technically the definition of insanity.

The Federal Government, i.e. the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service/USFWS) repeatedly uses environmental groups, such as Defenders of Wildlife, Humane Society of the United States, etc., to accomplish the goals the Service intends. Study the history! The theater we are subjected to is the farce within the Court System, where the Service pretends to be interested, in this case, delisting wolves in the Great Lakes Distinct Population Segment, and then forces the states, at the states’ expense, to take care of the Government Issue wolves, once the damage has been done and immediate goals reached.

The truth is, the Government and all her players, will do just as they damned well please, when they damned well please, how they damned well please. That lesson is just not being learned. Somehow Americans, I suppose through systematic mind manipulation, continue to think anybody follows the rule of law, especially so the Constitution. We fail to see that the Constitution and rule of law is but for the convenience of the Rigged System.

The representative of the Sportsman’s Alliance is quoted below as saying that when the Courts make rulings, that to some appear absurd or “legally and factually incorrect” it “spells disaster for the future of the Endangered Species Act.” I suppose that such a statement regards the Endangered Species Act as something worth saving. That may be the first lesson to learn. A document, designed purposefully in a fascist fashion, i.e. forcing control over man, will only achieve fascist goals and man’s destruction. We persist in our own destruction due to ignorance and blindness. Failure to understand that the ESA is only another tool of the rigged system, insane activists insist, unwittingly, to carry out the wishes of the fascists by remaining in and playing the games within the rigged system. It’s insanity!

If and when one cannot come to this realization, is there really any hope of making meaningful change?

If there is a change in the ruling, it will not be because some player (lawyer) outwitted the other, bringing the course of litigation back on some fanciful track of rule of law and a proper interpretation of the Endangered Species Act. It will be because the Rigged System calls for that action and only because the Rigged System remains in control. Blind ignorance does not and will not effect any change.

You might ask then (but I doubt it) what can we do to change the Rigged System? Using the System to beat the System will prove fruitless. While nearly impossible, one must first recognize then move outside the Rigged System to achieve a revolution of minds that, in unity, will work to destroy, if it’s even possible, the foundation of the government man-beast. More than likely, we are at a point where only the Creator can make such a change.

Come out of her!

“Under the lower court’s ruling, it doesn’t matter that wolf numbers in the Great Lakes states are two or three times higher than the recovery goals adopted by the federal government in the 1990s. The ruling by the lower court means that until wolves are found in Chicago, Seattle and New York, wolves cannot be managed appropriately by state wildlife experts in the Great Lakes states,” said Evan Heusinkveld, president and CEO of Sportsmen’s Alliance. “The ruling makes absolutely no sense, is legally and factually incorrect, and spells disaster for the future of the Endangered Species Act, wildlife and our entire ecosystem, which is why we’re appealing it.”<<<Read More>>>

USFWS Director Ashe “Hearts” HSUS

*Editor’s Note* – It shouldn’t, but it does, surprise me that this hunting group evidently blindly supports the efforts of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (except when it supports the Humane Society of the United States) and can’t fathom that Director Ashe would be in support of HSUS. Historically, USFWS supports all animal rights and environmental groups. That is why, historically, previous directors of USFWS have left the agency and gone to work for animal rights and environmental groups. It’s a large rigged system in which USFWS sets the stage for environmentalists and animal rights groups to sue the USFWS, affording them the opportunity to rake in huge sums of money. Isn’t it only pay back, after high level employees of government agencies padded the environmentalist’s coffers, to get handed cushy 6-figure jobs with these quasi-governmental agencies in order to keep the gravy train going?

But don’t go look!

“In our opinion, the USFWS director should not be issuing commendations to HSUS, the nation’s most ardent anti-hunting group and a group that has worked relentlessly to limit/end hunting, scientific wildlife management and legitimate and well accepted uses of animals and wildlife. Ashe’s action is disrespectful to the millions of hunters and anglers who have been the most dedicated constituency and financial supporter of the USFWS.”<<<Read More>>>

I’ll Bet You Still Refuse to “Get It”

I said it would be a cold day in hell when Hillary Clinton would be indicted on anything. You laughed. You insisted she would go to jail. And now, I bet you still think Trump will be the next president of corporate america.

You still don’t get it? I often sound like a broken record about how we live in a rigged system, and an extremely corrupt rigged system.

We are blind! Here’s some events that blind people will not see. The pope comes to America. He fires House Speaker John Boehner and hires idiot Paul Ryan – this of course after the media did a superb job of convincing republicans that Ryan was “their guy.” Ryan immediately sets out to destroy what the republicans thought he believed in. You didn’t get it. This list of events is too numerous to begin listing. You wouldn’t pay attention anyway.

Recently, Bill Clinton meets with A.G. Loretta Lynch and Hillary meets with the FBI. I would imagine, Bill reminded Lynch that if she even dared to hint at any kind of charges and/or deepening of any investigation that he would see to it that she was assassinated or maybe even he would find some young girl close to Lynch and sexually molest her as he has done hundreds of times before.

Between Bill and Hillary, their power stretches far and wide and I’m sure they convinced James Comey in much the same fashion as Loretta Lynch and threatened him with his life.

And you still refuse to “GET IT!”

Don’t Go Look!
