Not Your Grandfather’s America…Or is it?

Facebook and Youtube are instruments of destruction put in place, created by, or at least allowed to operate by your U.S. Federal Government. Since their inceptions, we continuously experience both entities exercising censorship on any subject matter they deem “inappropriate.” The argument does exist as to whether these “companies” have a lawful right to become censors, limiting what some would describe as their freedom of speech, among some other “freedoms” that might require a bit of imagination.

It would be in the best interest of all if everyone just stopped enabling these fascists/totalitarians and abandoned the use of their censored media platforms that are slowly becoming a form of sterilized, well-controlled propaganda, complete with censorship based on their ideology.

In 1798, the U.S. Congress passed and was signed by President John Adams, the Alien and Sedition Acts. Consequently, because President Adam signed these bills, it ultimately deterred him from serving a second term. At least the people disliked and objected to such governmental censorship and control.

From Wiki it states the following: “The Alien and Sedition Acts were four bills passed by the Federalist-dominated 5th United States Congress and signed into law by President John Adams in 1798. They made it harder for an immigrant to become a citizen (Naturalization Act), allowed the president to imprison and deport non-citizens who were deemed dangerous (Alien Friends Act of 1798) or who were from a hostile nation (Alien Enemy Act of 1798), and criminalized making false statements that were critical of the federal government (Sedition Act of 1798).” (emboldening added)

Sedition is defined as: “conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.”

This action has continued in one form or another since that time. The Sedition Act of 1918 was signed into law by then-President Woodrow Wilson (no surprise). This Act: “…extended the Espionage Act of 1917 to cover a broader range of offenses, notably speech and the expression of opinion that cast the government or the war effort in a negative light…” (emboldening added)

In modern times, often the destruction of our rights is accomplished through the passage of National Defense Authorization Acts in which power is granted to the president and/or Congress to do just about anything they want to do so long as it is determined to be in the best interest of National Security (wink-wink); Bill of Rights be damned!!

So is it wrong or illegal for Facebook and Youtube, as well as others, through their “terms of policy” (changed with every political ideology that crosses their path) censor your thought of right to “free speech?” Your guess is as good as mine.

Most people, at least that are affected by censorship, would say it is a violation of their rights. That’s mostly because they think they have them. Those promoting censorship and limiting rights do it to further their political and social ideology until their own actions come back to bite them on the ass.

We have no “rights” when it comes to anything listed within the Bill of Rights. That total listing is incorrectly labeled as a bill of rights. It has always been a bill of privileges meted out and taken back in the fashion that Government deems appropriate.

Anger is being expressed under the false pretenses that some believe they have a right to keep and bear arms, a right to free speech, a right to protest, a right to religious worship, etc. Perhaps years ago when my father and grandfather were alive, rights we more easily tolerated because people were taught to respect the wishes and chosen lifestyles of other people. That doesn’t exist in this angry society. Hate is everywhere. Fear controls everything. Insanity rules. Insane people in positions of authority are dictating their subjective terms of mental illness. All of this contributes to totalitarian operations like Facebook and Youtube and all other social media platforms to determine themselves to be lords of who can say what, when, where, and how. AND YOU LOVE IT! YOU’RE ADDICTED TO IT!

Whether you want to accept the fact that both Facebook and Youtube are government operations matters not to me. Because they are, they will continue to operate in the exact same fashion as your government. They will censor you and squash any seditious activity that makes them look bad or that might in any way threaten their power base. They have that power because they gave themselves that power. You had no say over any of it. Wake up!!

Bitch and complain all you want. I know I will. The staggering truth is you and I are basically helpless in fighting against the direction this country is headed. You may kid yourself but you cannot correct a rigged system by working within that rigged system thinking it will change anything.

Soon my words will be censored because I refuse to speak of the operations of the U. S. Government as anything but contrary to my best interests; that I can be a free person, that I can exercise my inalienable right to Life, Liberty, and Property. I’ll shut my mouth as soon as you leave me alone.

The road ahead looks very bumpy.

A new low in science: Criminalizing climate change skeptics

*Editor’s Note* – The above title to this article is the one included with the Fox News story. It says “A new low in science.” I agree taht it is a low for science, but is it really a low for science as much as it is a low for the preservation of rights and a call for government repression?

About 10 days ago, I provided readers with a link to a related story on this topic, where fascists want to jail those that disagree with their propaganda on man-caused climate change. Below is another story dealing with the same issue.

Secondary in this debate is arguing the points, real or imagined, as to the existence of some form of anthropogenic global warming. The main issue should be, but isn’t necessarily, that the calling for such action, while defining the fake “progressive” agenda, treads all over what should be American’s rights to free speech and to question authority. In addition, it is a means of suppressing real scientific research, which will cause our own destruction by causing scientific chaos.

In U.S. History, we know that it was John Adams who first pushed for and got, passage of the Alien and Sedition Acts, disguised as some form of “national security” in a nonexistent, fake war.

The Sedition Act of 1918, another form of blatant censorship, also hidden behind the lie that people saying bad things about the U.S. Government, placed the country in greater danger and reduced the ability of the Government to sell War Bonds.

No matter how you slice it, government-created sedition is nothing more than repression, censorship and the destruction of rights to free speech. Today, our government has loaded up on many forms of the suppression of rights and we take it – the Patriot Act comes to mind.

Progressives/Leftists love to lay claim to the promotion of man-caused climate change and yet, we clearly see the blatant regression that exists in order to push their agenda. It’s all lies!

Hiding behind the lie that the earth is coming to an end, caused by a warming climate, rising sea levels, etc. now they push for acts of fascism that would force and imprison anyone who speaks out against their positions. Why can’t people see that this is what “climate change” is all about? To promote the lie, you promote your own imprisonment. Who will you call on then?

If those who promote man-caused climate change had the actual science to back up their claims, then there would be no need for the call for prosecution and imprisonment of those “skeptics.” Historically, the results of the scientific process has stood alone.

As ironic as some of this may appear, there actually may exist pockets of man-caused weather and climate manipulations, the result of chemical and metals, aerosol spraying by our government in our atmosphere, combined with the technology of HAARP, to produce weather phenomenon, i.e. droughts, floods, severe storms, earthquakes, etc.

Propaganda is used to influence public opinion. What greater influence might there be on people than to point to government/military-caused disasters and then claim it happens because you and I burn gasoline in our cars?

We really need to wake up in this country and take a hard look at the direction we have gone. At this rate, what hope is there?

One group of climate scientists is trying a different approach. Dismayed by what they see as a lack of progress on the implementation of climate policies that they support, these 20 scientists sent a letter to the White House calling for their political opponents to be investigated by the government. In particular, they are voicing their support of a proposal by Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) for a RICO investigation of fossil fuel corporations and their supporters, who the scientists allege have deceived the American people about the risks of climate change, with the consequence of forestalling America’s response to reducing carbon emissions.

CEOs Wary of Speaking Truth About Government, Group Says

Bristol-Myers Squibb CEO Ducks Question About Political Meddling in Drug Pricing at Annual Shareholder Meeting

CEOs are Hesitant to Speak Out On Political Matters Affecting their Industries, Says Health Policy Analyst Dr. David Hogberg

Who Wants to Risk an IRS Audit or Worse?

Plainsboro, NJ /Washington DC – Asked at his company’s annual shareholder meeting whether the federal government is sufficiently fostering an environment for drug innovation, Bristol-Myers Squibb CEO Lamberto Andreotti largely ducked the question.

Andretti was responding to a question from David Hogberg, Ph.D. of the National Center for Public Policy Research, who asked, in part:

In March, Representative Henry Waxman (D-CA), the ranking member on the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee, wrote a letter to Gilead Science’s CEO and demanded a justification of the company’s pricing, among other inquiries….

And according to an article in Life Science Leader, Express Scripts “urged its insurance and employer clients to join a coalition to stop prescribing Sovaldi, a breakthrough for Hepatitis C, once competitor products hit the market,” unless Gilead drops its price….

… considering that President Obama backed a dual-eligibles rebate plan in his 2013 State of the Union Address and now a ranking member of Congress is openly attacking a lifesaving drug over its pricing, do you think enough is being done in Washington, D.C. to foster an environment for drug innovation here in the United States? What more would you like to see done?

Andreotti replied:

Thank you. I will say we are not [going to] comment on a product or a product of another company or what [that] price says about that company or that product. As far as we are concerned, we are very convinced that we are pricing our medicines in a very fair way, based on a number of factors that include the value it delivers to patients and use society, and in scientific innovation that is included in this. We’re investing big money and risk in the development of our innovative pharmaceuticals and we believe that pricing should give you, the owners of our company, a return on those investments.

But at the same time, we also are very aware of the very big benefits we are delivering for patients and communities through improvements in treating diseases. So, we need as a company, as an industry, to continue to speak about this very openly and more. There will be always, based on the price, conflict between us and the payers; us and the decision-makers. I think that when we can have the opportunity of explaining our case, explaining what we are delivering, we can have our counterparts reach an understanding.

So, we will continue to work at: 1) developing our innovation, 2) pricing that innovation fairly, and 3) making our different counterparts in this country and elsewhere, aware of the value we are delivering and we will continue the dialogue.

“Andreotti’s answer was very telling in that it avoided all mention of politicians meddling in the pricing of pharmaceuticals,” said Hogberg. “It reflects poorly on the current environment that President Obama and others in Washington have created that CEOs are hesitant to speak out on political matters affecting their industry. Which CEO wants to risk an IRS audit or worse by pushing back against their Washington overlords?”

An audio recording of the exchange is available online here, and David Hogberg’s full question, as prepared for delivery, is available here.

The Case for a Little Sedition

“If the conservatives in official Washington want to do something other than stand by and look impotent, they might consider pressing for legislation that would oblige the federal government to divest itself of 1 percent of its land and other real estate each year for the foreseeable future through an open auction process. Even the Obama administration has identified a very large portfolio of office buildings and other federal holdings that are unused or under-used. By some estimates, superfluous federal holdings amount to trillions of dollars in value. Surely not every inch of that 87 percent of Nevada under the absentee-landlordship of the federal government is critical to the national interest. Perhaps Mr. Bundy would like to buy some land where he can graze his cattle.”<<<Read More>>>

SealThe Sedition Act of 1918 (Pub.L. 65–150, 40 Stat. 553, enacted May 16, 1918) was an Act of the United States Congress that extended the Espionage Act of 1917 to cover a broader range of offenses, notably speech and the expression of opinion that cast the government or the war effort in a negative light or interfered with the sale of government bonds. <<<Source>>>

A woman suffering from cancer in Michigan lost her health care insurance because of the Government’s enactment of the Affordable Care Act. A television commercial has been made with this woman to be used against a candidate in Michigan running for the U.S. Senate. Lawyers for the candidate have threatened the woman with lawsuits for slander and libel and the television station to lose their FCC license.

Is this the continued direction we are headed? That any expression of free speech that places the government or Obamacare in a negative light or is believed to cause the interference of implementing the “king’s” law, be forbidden?
