Terror Activities Planned for Trump Inaugural?

*Editor’s Note* – The below video is produced by “Project Veritas.” It should be pointed out that names are not happenstance. They are chosen for a reason. In this case “Veritas” is described as such: “In Roman mythology, Veritas, meaning truth, was the goddess of truth, a daughter of Saturn and the mother of Virtus. Why would anyone, actually in search of Truth, select the daughter of the Pagan sun god, Saturn, to represent them? For those with knowledge, the Pope believes himself to be Saturn and this information is readily available.

I know little of who or what Project Veritas is, nor do I care to know. It is my understanding that they are perceived by the false “right” to do their bidding for them.

Why is this information about Veritas important? Simple really.

Part of the Hegilian Dialectic is the creation of two false institutions of political ideology. Within the two false institution, each “side” is trained (brainwashed in some cases) to promote that ideology, most often to the death if necessary. (Note: this existence and perpetuation of two false ideologies is most often found as part of Jesuit training.)

Also, part of the Hegelian Dialectic is the approach always used in order to achieve the results that are being sought. That approach is as such: create a problem or crisis, embellish the problem or crisis, and rush in with a solution – the solution being the desired outcome devised prior to creating the crisis.

It is not my intent to try to convince readers that what this video contains is or isn’t truth. The events discussed might or might not happen. What is real is that regardless of what comes about, we see the two false political ideologies, taking a perceived crisis, and embellishing it to a point that Americans are given a video presented as an undercover sting in order to “catch” radical activists making plans that are being described, mostly by the Alternative Media, as acts of terror. How much more embellishment can you lay on a false event, short of carrying out the plans being described?

This embellishment of the one false participant in the Dialectic, in turn creates further hate, anger and distrust of the other false participant. What is unknown and unrecognizable, to most, is that these events are orchestrated with the intent of a pre-planned “solution,” for a well-planned, and well-perceived, embellished, false crisis.

Because we are well-crafted automatons, the Hegelian Dialectic works out wonderfully for the planners and devastatingly for the people.

Ryan NRA Poised to Further Give Away Second Amendment

Here’s some more of “I told you so” nonsense from the fake “conservative” Speaker Ryan and the fake Second Amendment supporters from the NRA. In what appears to be a “compromise,” which is nothing more than a lie to the people to give away our rights to self defense, and capitulating into the arms of more centralized government, further setting the stage for a rapid take over of arms and a disarming of the American people, Speaker Ryan plans a vote, after the current recess, on some kind of bill that we are lied to that will prohibit “terrorists” from being able to buy guns. Plans are also underway to destroy more rights disguised as a bill to prohibit “mentally ill people” from buying guns.

What can possibly go wrong? All the while idiots, so deeply mired into the lie of conservative/liberal, right/left, republican/democrat still think Paul Ryan, who once was wholeheartedly propped up to be vice president under another liar, Mitt Romney, will support and protect our Second Amendment rights. Stop supporting the fake NRA. Stop supporting the fake conservatives. They only lie! LIE, LIE, LIE!

But above all DON’T GO LOOK! YOU WILL NOT LIKE THE TRUTH.

Things are moving so rapidly now few can see what’s taking place. What once was considered a last bastion of hope for freedom of speech, the Internet, is soon to be highly regulated – in other words censored and controlled more than it already is. Obama Implicates Self, Clinton and U.S. Government in Latest Executive Order

Because President Obama declared a state of emergency in 2011 via Executive Order 13566, under the powers he gave himself, he further establishes bans and prohibitions in the most recent Executive Order 13726, against himself, former Secretary of State Clinton and all complicit governmental agencies and individuals, as well as all clandestine organizations, foreign and domestic, participating in any kind of illegal or terror-related activities in Libya that might disrupt the Libyan government and the flow of oil from the National Oil Company, in addition to targeting anyone seeking protection from the government.

BLOCKING PROPERTY AND SUSPENDING ENTRY INTO THE UNITED STATES

OF PERSONS CONTRIBUTING TO THE SITUATION IN LIBYA

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), section 5 of the United Nations Participation Act of 1945, as amended (22 U.S.C. 287c) (UNPA), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, hereby expand the scope of the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13566 of February 25, 2011, finding that the ongoing violence in Libya, including attacks by armed groups against Libyan state facilities, foreign missions in Libya, and critical infrastructure, as well as human rights abuses, violations of the arms embargo imposed by United Nations Security Council Resolution 1970 (2011), and misappropriation of Libya’s natural resources threaten the peace, security, stability, sovereignty, democratic transition, and territorial integrity of Libya, and thereby constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. To address this threat, and in view of United Nations Security Council Resolutions 2174 of August 27, 2014, and 2213 of March 27, 2015, I hereby order:

Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State:

(i) to be responsible for or complicit in, or to have engaged in, directly or indirectly, any of the following:

(A) actions or policies that threaten the peace, security, or stability of Libya, including through the supply of arms or related materiel;

(B) actions or policies that obstruct, undermine, delay, or impede, or pose a significant risk of obstructing, undermining, delaying, or impeding, the adoption of or political transition to a Government of National Accord or a successor government;

(C) actions that may lead to or result in the misappropriation of state assets of Libya; or

(D) threatening or coercing Libyan state financial institutions or the Libyan National Oil Company;

(ii) to be planning, directing, or committing, or to have planned, directed, or committed, attacks against any Libyan state facility or installation (including oil facilities), against any air, land, or sea port in Libya, or against any foreign mission in Libya;

(iii) to be involved in, or to have been involved in, the targeting of civilians through the commission of acts of violence, abduction, forced displacement, or attacks on schools, hospitals, religious sites, or locations where civilians are seeking refuge, or through conduct that would constitute a serious abuse or violation of human rights or a violation of international humanitarian law;

(iv) to be involved in, or to have been involved in, the illicit exploitation of crude oil or any other natural resources in Libya, including the illicit production, refining, brokering, sale, purchase, or export of Libyan oil;

(v) to be a leader of an entity that has, or whose members have, engaged in any activity described in subsections (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), or (a)(iv) of this section;

(vi) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, logistical, or technological support for, or goods or services in support of (A) any of the activities described in subsections (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), or (a)(iv) of this section or (B) any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(vii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.

(b) The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section apply except to the extent provided by statutes, or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted prior to the date of this order. The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section are in addition to export control authorities implemented by the Department of Commerce.

Sec. 2. I hereby find that the unrestricted immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of aliens determined to meet one or more of the criteria in section 1(a) of this order would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and I hereby suspend entry into the United States, as immigrants or nonimmigrants, of such persons. Such persons shall be treated as persons covered by section 1 of Proclamation 8693 of July 24, 2011 (Suspension of Entry of Aliens Subject to United Nations Security Council Travel Bans and International Emergency Economic Powers Act Sanctions). Further, United Nations Security Council Resolution 2174 shall be treated as a Resolution listed in Annex A of Proclamation 8693.

Sec. 3. I hereby determine that the making of donations of the type of articles specified in section 203(b)(2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(2)) by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to section 1 of this order would seriously impair my ability to deal with the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13566 and expanded in this order, and I hereby prohibit such donations as provided by section 1 of this order.

Sec. 4. The prohibitions in section 1 of this order include but are not limited to:

(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and

(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.

Sec. 5. (a) Any transaction that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding, causes a violation of, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.

(b) Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.

Sec. 6. For the purposes of this order:

(a) the term “person” means an individual or entity;

(b) the term “entity” means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization; and

(c) the term “United States person” means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States.

(d) the term “Government of National Accord or a successor government” means:

(i) a Government of National Accord formed pursuant to the terms of the Libyan Political Agreement signed in Skhirat, Morocco, on December 17, 2015, or any amendments thereto;

(ii) a governmental authority formed under the Libyan Constitution pursuant to the terms of the Libyan Political Agreement signed in Skhirat, Morocco, on December 17, 2015, or any amendments thereto;

(iii) any subdivision, agency, or instrumentality of the foregoing, and any partnership, association, corporation, or other organization owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by, or acting for or on behalf of, the foregoing; or

(iv) any other person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury to be included within paragraphs (a) through (c) of this section.

Sec. 7. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13566 and expanded in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to section 1 of this order.

Sec. 8. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to take such actions, including the promulgation of rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA and the UNPA, as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this order. The Secretary of the Treasury may redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States Government consistent with applicable law. All agencies of the United States Government are hereby directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to carry out the provisions of this order.

Sec. 9. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

DAM! What’s Going On?

Yesterday, I gave readers information, including a link to a Working Paper, the result of lawsuits and the compiling of information that appears as a possible threat to Americans when the U.S. Congress granted control of the Kerr Dam to the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) of the Flathead Indian Reservation located in northwestern, Montana. According to information provided by Lawrence A. Kogan and Anita Bradley, there are Turkish connections to the CSKT and involvement with the dam. These connections gave rise to concerns to many.

As part of this “concern,” the below information and links followed emails about the Working Paper, that included updated information. Before reading the below, I suggest you might want to first read the Working Paper. I’ve followed all the links provided and thoroughly read the media accounts. The media accounts provide what most people would call items of a legitimate concern – mostly because nobody has provided explanations of these events.

I will, however, remind readers of my comments yesterday when I stated that all media reports are, “lies and full of distractions.” That, of course, doesn’t mean a total disregard for what is written. On the same token it is irresponsible to blindly accept everything written as truth. That is up to the reader to determine.

I will point out one obvious example of how the media and those who provide information to the media screw things up and send mixed messages – either deliberately or ignorantly. In one of the news outlets, that media quotes a person of supposed authority as saying that over 50 stolen propane tanks could not be the work of terrorists because stealing the tanks would draw the attention of law enforcement. This is followed by another news report of “tens of thousands” of blank passports “possibly” stolen by ISIS or other terror/criminal groups. In that report, the concern was about the possibility that ISIS or other terror groups stole the passports. Why then, is stealing of propane tanks, that would draw the attention of law enforcement, not be terrorist activity and stealing passports would?

Regardless, it seems that there have been recent events following the supposed terror act in San Bernadino, that should be of concern. In addition, with relatively recent information that the U.S. Government is covering up possible terror events, including Iranian hacking into control systems of dams, I would think there should be legitimate concern about the Kerr Dam with the residents of Montana and the whole of the U.S.

Then again, all of this could be just distractions. Remember though, distractions are for a reason. Trust no one! Do your own work…if you care.

Highly Questionable Turkey, Open Border & Greater Tribal Sovereignty Policies Together Undermine U.S. National Security

*Editor’s Comment* – The linked-to “Working Paper” is an interesting read and one that should challenge readers to get to work to discover the real Truth in what is being discussed. As always, to me it is interesting when someone, innocent or otherwise, begins to discover things that raise eyebrows, the result being a compilation of interesting information presented as “facts” and “public information.” The difficulty with this, and I certainly am not questioning the author’s work, is that for Truth Seekers, we know that much of the “facts” and “public information” are lies and full of distractions. It becomes necessary to sort over what tidbits are the truth and which parts are lies intended to distract. For this reason readers need to get to work to discover what is truth based on real events and not based on media presentations, or even what the Government tells us.

I have not taken the time to research this entire paper, and I’m not sure I will, at least not immediately, as my time is usually focused on other matters, albeit matters that ultimately link to a common source. Which brings me to my only comment about the Working Paper that I will offer readers who are truly interested.

In part of the information, the authors mention that ISIS gets most of their funding from the “illegal” sale of crude oil – the sale of which is mostly handled by Turkey and then re-marketed to other clients. This has been offered many times and treated as common knowledge in the Press and elsewhere, even though it shouldn’t be. If nothing else and before anyone can begin to comprehend the depth of power and complexity of this, of which the Working Paper, in my opinion, has only scratched the surface, you have to understand that the ONLY way that ISIS could be selling oil to Turkey and then getting resold on the open market to fund ISIS, is because it is ALLOWED to do so.

Keep that in mind when reading this Paper and any subsequent research you might intend to do. If you also are one that chooses to trust the United States Government and their partners, unwilling to think otherwise, my recommendation for you is to not read the rest of this page or the working paper.

Abstract:

On September 4, and 9, 2015, the Associated Press released an article that dismissed and effectively ridiculed national security allegations contained in the previous lawsuit my co-counsel and I had filed on September 2, 2015, on behalf of two Montana State Senators and a Montana-based recreational enterprise. The AP article authored by journalist Matthew Volz was distributed over domestic and international newswires and appeared in web media as far away as Europe, the Middle East and Singapore. Mr. Volz and the AP were ostensibly offended that our lawsuit challenged the U.S. government’s approval of the virtually condition-free transfer of a “black start,” “category 3 hazard” hydroelectric powered dam (the Kerr Dam) to a “federally recognized” Native American tribe – the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) of the Flathead Indian Reservation located in northwestern, Montana.

As the direct result of this reporting, we counsels and our clients had been castigated by the U.S. State Department and by the local liberal press as racially biased and conspiracy minded. This eventually caused our clients to seek voluntary withdrawal of this action. However, as subsequent publicly available facts have come to light, it has become more apparent that our lawsuit had actually struck a sensitive chord within the Obama administration by publicly exposing highly questionable policies that officials preferred remained covered up.

This Working Paper endeavors to relate the national security-oriented facts and allegations contained in our prior lawsuit to subsequently discovered publicly available information concerning the administration’s Turkey, open borders, and greater tribal sovereignty policies and initiatives. It then cross-analyzes these otherwise distinct and separate policy areas to show how their implementation together serves to undermine U.S. national security and the security of Montanans.

Given Turkey nuclear ambitions and Obama administration support therefor, Erdogan and Obama administration support of the Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS, Obama administration open border policies benefiting Middle Eastern refugees, Mexican drug cartels and Latin American migrants, and Obama administration federal Indian policies promoting expansive tribal sovereignty at the expense of U.S. constitutional protections and federal and state laws, reasonable persons can conclude that our prior lawsuit’s allegations against Turkey were rather prescient, and that, consequently, U.S. national security and the security of Montanans are being greatly undermined. Moreover, reasonable persons can conclude that failure to act to protect Montanans’ rights may imply for those who we oppose, that we are complicit in their objectives. For this reason, we are currently drafting a new lawsuit that seeks redress for the harms our new clients continue to suffer as the result of these and other questionable administration policies.<<<To the Working Paper>>>
