Ohio Deer Hunters Asked To Take Wild Boar Too

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is asking deer hunters to take a wild pig or two during their time in the woods. All that you need is a valid deer hunting permit and use whatever is in season for a weapon.

There are too many wild boar in Ohio causing all kinds of problems, like crop damage, habitat destruction and they are egg suckers as well, eating any kind of egg they can find on the ground, which constitutes most game birds.
