I received in my email box a link to an article posted by Daniel Greenfield, called “The End of the World.” The article is an attempt at separating environmentalism from religion. The author appears to have a pretty good grasp of environmentalism but I’m not so sure about religion.
Religion, from my perspective and as used in this article, should not somehow be made a separation from environmentalism. I actually think they are one in the same.
You see many people lump “religion” into some category of faith based theories with very little, if any, focus on our Holy Creator and the fact that God sent his son to earth for the atonement of our sins. Religions of the world are mostly useless organizations with most of them actually working against God and can rightfully be claimed as anti-Christ. And let’s not forget that these “religions” are very profitable organizations.
In an attempt to show that Al Gore’s religion of global warming, resulting in the end of the world through human destruction, is somehow different than “religions” that promote end of the world scenarios from wrongly justifying such as being Biblical, is really not all that far apart.
Some people actually think that science and the Bible cannot coexist and use this nonsense as a way to turn their backs on the Bible and ultimately on God. I have said before that only a fool attempts to somehow disprove the Bible and the entire existence of God our Creator with science. In actuality, as real science, not the fake science being indoctrinated into our children today, works harder and harder to disprove the Bible, they are, in fact, substantiating it.
But then again we shouldn’t miss the point of the Greenfield article. The point is that environmental whores, like Al Gore, and his religious followers, promote an end of the world due to man-caused global warming. Pimping this lie has made hypocrites like Al Gore, millions of dollars, while the masses are, through designed brainwashing, following faithfully, Gore’s perverted belief that man will destroy this planet.
“Religions” of the world do no better, as they, too, promote global warming and all that it contains. “Religions” of the world, if they were actually Bible believing “religions”, would not espouse to an earthly destruction by human- caused climate change as the Bible, through promises made by God himself, told us He would not destroy this planet.
Perhaps in an attempt to remain politically correct, or through religious ignorance, the author, while making excellent points, comes up a bit short in better explaining “religion.”
