Embellishing a Fake Problem With Gun Purchase Background Check System

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

I wondered how long it would take before idiots would begin placing demands on “improving” the criminal background check system.

Here we go.

First, understand, if you are willing and able, that the Texas church shooting may have been a staged event, part of its purpose to draw attention to background checks…another prohibitive measure for a person to keep and bear arms. The press lies….constantly, and are 100% controlled by the government and other powers who want guns taken out of the hands of every American.

The Texas shooting, we are told, included a “failed” background check that allowed the shooter to illegally purchase a gun because he was a convicted felon.

The calls are going out demanding stricter controls and tighter background checks, even from those fake “conservatives” who lie to you every day, but you refuse to see it.

In a USA Today article, we read: “The FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) vets millions of gun purchase transactions every year. But the thousands of gun seizure requests highlight persistent problems in a system where analysts must complete background checks within three days of the proposed purchase. If the background check is not complete within the 72-hour time limit, federal law allows the sale to go forward. ATF agents are asked to take back the guns if the FBI later finds these sales should have been denied. “

In addition supposedly certain “agents” are fearful of having to go out and retrieve guns from some 4,000 gun purchasers where it was later found out a background check failed.

“In addition to the public safety risks, the ATF agents tasked with retrieving the banned weapons from unauthorized gun owners across the country are exposed to potentially dangerous confrontations.”

However, this is not the first time agents have had to go retrieve guns. In addition, the ATF refuses to disclose if there were any problems getting the guns back, which makes an honest person ask if it’s so dangerous why aren’t they telling us all about the shootouts they’ve had getting the guns back? (wink-wink)

“The ATF declined to provide information on the 4,170 gun purchases the FBI referred for seizure last year.”

One way or another, these fascists are determined to get our guns and prevent or limit the sale of guns in any way they can. The hype over the background check system is but one more way to further add restrictions to an already meaningless activity that produces no good results, costs the taxpayers billions of dollars, and restricts the right to keep and bear arms by government force through regulation.

BUT DON’T GO LOOK!
