President Obama’s wall of secrecy and protection for those, including himself, involved in the gun running case of “Fast and Furious” may be starting to crumble. An Arizona U.S. Attorney, Patrick J. Cunningham, who once agreed to answer questions before Rep. Issa’s investigation, now says he will plead the Fifth in order not to incriminate himself through testimony.
Cunningham had agreed to testify voluntarily but then opted out. Issa sent Cunningham a subpoena. That was responded to by Cunningham’s attorney, that he would plead the Fifth.
