WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 (UPI) — A federal judge ruled President Barack Obama cannot use his executive privilege to deny Congress access to records of the gun-tracking program Operation Fast and Furious, possibly opening the door to a deeper investigation into a program that allegedly allowed thousands of weapons into Mexico.

Visiting Mexico, the Liar in Chief, in a speech, told Mexicans that it is American guns that are responsible for Mexico’s violence. He didn’t want to mention to anyone about his “Fast and Furious” program, where this Marxist dictator was responsible for intentionally sending thousands of guns across the border in some scam covered by nonsense about tracking guns to see where they were coming from.
And even though the data show that guns used in Mexican violence that originate in the U.S. is a tiny percentage, the president continues to blatantly and deliberately lie about it. And yet it takes a foreign news agency to even indicate the guy lies.
Why does this guy get a free pass on his lying?
Watch the hand! Keep your eye on the hand! That is the hand of Eric Holder, U.S. Attorney General, as he lies and attempts to maneuver himself out of trouble. Add to this the fact that all members of the press are concentrating on Eric Holder as being guilty of such things as contempt of court (why not murder or at least man slaughter?), others digging even deeper into this disgusting, illegal and convoluted Marxist-style of law enforcement, have discovered that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was one of the masterminds behind Fast and Furious.
Don’t hold your breath or get your hopes high that any of these criminal thugs will be held accountable for their actions. This is just business as usual during an election cycle.
In the meantime, you should be paying very close attention as to what is going on that the U.S. Government DOESN’T want you to know about while using Fast and Furious as a smoke screen.
President Obama’s wall of secrecy and protection for those, including himself, involved in the gun running case of “Fast and Furious” may be starting to crumble. An Arizona U.S. Attorney, Patrick J. Cunningham, who once agreed to answer questions before Rep. Issa’s investigation, now says he will plead the Fifth in order not to incriminate himself through testimony.
Cunningham had agreed to testify voluntarily but then opted out. Issa sent Cunningham a subpoena. That was responded to by Cunningham’s attorney, that he would plead the Fifth.
