Embellishing a Fake Problem With Gun Purchase Background Check System

I wondered how long it would take before idiots would begin placing demands on “improving” the criminal background check system.

Here we go.

First, understand, if you are willing and able, that the Texas church shooting may have been a staged event, part of its purpose to draw attention to background checks…another prohibitive measure for a person to keep and bear arms. The press lies….constantly, and are 100% controlled by the government and other powers who want guns taken out of the hands of every American.

The Texas shooting, we are told, included a “failed” background check that allowed the shooter to illegally purchase a gun because he was a convicted felon.

The calls are going out demanding stricter controls and tighter background checks, even from those fake “conservatives” who lie to you every day, but you refuse to see it.

In a USA Today article, we read: “The FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) vets millions of gun purchase transactions every year. But the thousands of gun seizure requests highlight persistent problems in a system where analysts must complete background checks within three days of the proposed purchase. If the background check is not complete within the 72-hour time limit, federal law allows the sale to go forward. ATF agents are asked to take back the guns if the FBI later finds these sales should have been denied. “

In addition supposedly certain “agents” are fearful of having to go out and retrieve guns from some 4,000 gun purchasers where it was later found out a background check failed.

“In addition to the public safety risks, the ATF agents tasked with retrieving the banned weapons from unauthorized gun owners across the country are exposed to potentially dangerous confrontations.”

However, this is not the first time agents have had to go retrieve guns. In addition, the ATF refuses to disclose if there were any problems getting the guns back, which makes an honest person ask if it’s so dangerous why aren’t they telling us all about the shootouts they’ve had getting the guns back? (wink-wink)

“The ATF declined to provide information on the 4,170 gun purchases the FBI referred for seizure last year.”

One way or another, these fascists are determined to get our guns and prevent or limit the sale of guns in any way they can. The hype over the background check system is but one more way to further add restrictions to an already meaningless activity that produces no good results, costs the taxpayers billions of dollars, and restricts the right to keep and bear arms by government force through regulation.

BUT DON’T GO LOOK!

Maine Governor Advocates for Stricter Gun Control Laws

It appears that Maine Governor Paul LePage has come out with recommendations that the existing laws on the books that severely rip apart our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, be strictly enforced and even beefed up. This is a classic example of fake “conservatives” pretending that they know what the term means while advocating for the smothering of individual rights and a destruction of your Second Amendment right.

LePage says that those who commit gun violence, “always have a relationship to either drugs, domestic violence or mental illness.” That may be so, or maybe not. However, drugs, domestic violence, and mental illness affects many aspects of everyone’s lives. If it is so important that these conditions are responsible for gun violence, then what is it that this fascist government is doing about drugs, domestic violence, and mental illness? Our society is nearly 100% dependent on prescription and over-the-counter drugs, pushed heavily through the media to ensure the addictions continue. It is said that mental illness appears more prevalent in our society only because of better detection. Really? Is it really a proper thing that any GI who seeks counseling, perhaps because of war distress, should be considered a mental problem and barred from owning a gun? Who gets to decide what mental disorders are and why they disqualify any individual from owning a gun? I see many in positions to make such decisions loonier than the patients they are condemning.

As a society, we promote violence in our media – movies, and music and just about everything we do in life. And yet, instead of addressing that problem, we think we can cure the domestic violence issue by severely limiting a person’s right to keep and bear arms.

While fake “patriots” pretend that they would never consider infringing on anyone’s right to free speech or freedom of expression (art, music, movies, video games, etc.) they think, evidently as Paul LePage does, that destroying the rights of law-abiding citizens to self-protection is a responsible thing to do; that somehow this will cure the drugs, domestic violence, and mental illness problems.

Fake Second Amendment advocates are the first to claim that taking away rights of law-abiding citizens is wrong, and yet this opinion piece of Governor LePage’s is a clear example of how one right is treated differently than all others. If drugs, domestic violence, and mental illness “always have a relationship” to gun violence, and you advocate for the destruction of the Second Amendment while doing nothing to address the other issues, thinking it’s a cure, you are an ignorant hypocrite.

Each time good-intentioned rights destroyers approach the Second Amendment with advocation of limited rights, the enforcement of the existing laws, and even strengthening the limits on rights, they are promoting gun control and are strong allies with the radical gun control fascists.

For the same reason gun control has no effect on criminals, gun control does nothing to stop drug abuse, mental illness, and domestic violence.

Time to give it a rest and begin strengthening our Second Amendment rights instead of looking for ways to further destroy them.

“The federal government must do a better job to provide adequate resources for background checks on people purchasing firearms.”<<<Read More>>>

When Disarmament is the Goal, Death is the Means

It’s early this morning and I’m going to offer thoughts and information you don’t want to hear. But I don’t care.

If many events that take place in this country are looked at from the perspective that I have carried for many years, that the Powers That Be desire disarmament of the citizen slaves as a necessary part of their overall goals of complete dominance (dictatorial tyranny), and an understanding that man’s life is meaningless to them, perhaps some things might make more sense, albeit savagely evil.

I have stated for many years that the only remaining wall of resistance that protects what is left of our freedoms and liberties is our right to keep and bear arms. It is the one major reason I support that right, plain and simple, without the so-called “reasonable” limits to that right. A right once desirably labeled and recognized as inalienable (unquestioned) is now, not only doled out by man-gods but is vivaciously requested and demanded by a mass of servitude-loving progressives ignorantly eager to be the next victims of the quest, at any cost, for disarmament.

Anyone who cares enough to seek Truth, understands that the Hegelian Dialectic is in full employment. These “dialectical stages of development” consist of thesis, reaction, antithesis. Or, better explained this way: A crisis is created; the creator of that crisis seeks and promotes a reaction from the masses, that is those whose life more resembles what was described by the Romans during the First Century as Bread and Circuses, to keep the masses happy; this is followed by a solution – a solution which was what was sought from the very beginning (disarmament).

Knowing that the Powers seek disarmament, knowing that the Powers do not value your life or mine, knowing that the Powers believe fully in the ends justifying the means, your and my life is certainly considered expendable. There is no other way to look at this.

Over the weekend there was another staged mass murder. Of course the weapon of choice was a gun or guns and right on cue the puppet regime of the Ruling Establishment began their systematic chants for disarmament. Watching these events over the years, which seem to closely follow someone’s written script, I am left with no other thought than that these are staged, i.e. they are the thesis. Immediately following the event emotional embellishment is promoted, both by the Powers and by the ignorant puppets, or useful idiots (reaction), pushed by the Media. The solution, although immediately demanded by politicians and others, has not yet come. The push back is still strong enough to hold them off for now. This will not last forever because there are too many people brainwashed into the belief that “reasonable” gun control laws are necessary. Perhaps the question might be, necessary for what?

The majority of mass murders in this country are staged. People do not want to hear nor even consider this idea, nor are they willing to admit the country, the government they love, the one they salute, that they pledge allegiance to, the same one they are willing to fight and die for, is so corrupt, or corrupted by the Powers that Be, that they would be the creators of such heinous acts as marching into a church and gunning down a group of people. And this is why it continues and is so successful. Keep thinking that way and for certain the mass shootings will continue.

Recently I made commentary on the mass murder in Las Vegas, referring to Stephen P. Halbrook’s theory of “Benignity and Progressive” in referring to the proposal and passage of gun restriction bills. I wrote: “Through all of this, bear in mind that in order for benignity to remain and progress, each successive crisis must be bigger and greater than the last. The servitude become desensitized with each event, thus forcing the perpetrators to increase the effect.”

In order for the Hegelian Dialectic to remain effective, each successive staged event must be somehow greater and/or hit closer to home. As strange as it might sound, there is something a bit distant in one’s mind when considering a mass murder in the city of sin of Las Vegas, at an event the overwhelming majority of Americas, would not and could not attend. But stage such an event in a church in a sleepy Texas town of less than 400 people and it begins to hit close to home. There’s a good possibility that the majority of attendees to that church support the Second Amendment. That’s hitting close to home and kicking a bit below the belt.

We have seen efforts for disarmament backfire, which is still a good thing. So long as there remains those who ardently fight against the emotional clap-trap always associated with violent crime, the process of disarmament is slowed. Not only do those who push back against disarmament need to keep up the fight, but they need to stop playing into the arms of the disarming fascists and cease with watering down the Second Amendment. No other right is attacked and diluted like the Second Amendment. Why do we put up with it?

Remember, “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, and against the worldly governors, the princes of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness, which are in the high places.” Ephesians 6:12

Your government and the Powers that Be are corrupt to the very core. It is time for you to begin to recognize that. Man’s creations can be nothing other than evil and corrupt. God told us this was so. He told us not to be a part of it. He told us to “Come out of her” (Mystery Babylon).

Let’s stop enabling and perpetuating the Evil.

Maine House strongly endorses new effort to arm forest rangers

*Editor’s Note* – If there actually existed a Second Amendment and/or the God-given right to defend and/or protect oneself and your property, this wouldn’t even be an issue to discuss or to find ways to fund. Instead of creating another of this country’s band of “Heroes,” every person, whether a forest ranger or a pig farmer, should have the right to choose whether they want to carry a weapon for protection.

“Rep. Lois Reckitt, D-South Portland, said she rarely votes for any bill that supports increasing access to guns, but she voted for this one.

“I am standing up for these folks who in my mind are another segment of the law enforcement community in Maine,” she said.”<<<Read More>>>

Suspended Black Conservative Columnist Speaks Out About Why She Quit St. Louis Post-Dispatch

*Editor’s Note* – Earlier today I posted President Donald Trump’s FAKE Executive Order  that he presented as “policy” of his administration to protect the right of free speech and freedom of religion. In my editorial note included with that post, I wrote of how there was no such thing as freedom of speech and that the Executive Order of Trump’s was nothing more that a further guarantee of the Government’s authority to control every aspect of your life.

The erosion of freedom of speech is further substantiated in the information contained in the press release that follows of one person being “suspended” from a news media company after writing an article about the Second Amendment.

Press Release from the National Center for Public Policy Research:

“It’s Never Been a Secret That I Support the Second Amendment and the National Rifle Association”

St. Louis, MO / Washington, DC – Project 21 Co-Chairman Stacy Washington , a black conservative, was recently suspended by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch after writing a column defending gun ownership.  She is now speaking out and available for interviews about the allegations made against her by the newspaper’s management and her decision to end writing for the Post-Dispatch altogether.

Washington was recently selected to help guide Project 21, a leadership network promoting the diversity of political opinion within the black community in America, as one of its co-chairmen.

A freelance contributor who began writing a column for the Post-Dispatch last November, Washington was suspended by the newspaper on April 28 after writing a column on guns that her editor complained did not mention her past affiliation with the National Rifle Association (NRA).  While she has worked with the NRA on media programs and projects in the past, she says she was never paid for her services and the opinions in the column were her own.

Washington’s support of gun ownership has never been a secret.  In her first column for the newspaper, she wrote: “With my father on active [military] duty, guns were always a part of life, so I considered the Second Amendment second in importance only to the religious protections afforded to us in the Constitution.” Before becoming a columnist, the Post-Dispatch reported on her work with the NRA. She also said the column in question –  “Guns and the Media” – was reviewed by the newspaper’s staff before publication.  That column criticized other Missouri newspapers that recently featured commentaries speculating that gun owners favored guns over child safety and asked readers to compare the NRA to the ISIS terrorism network.  In her column, she wrote: “Gun ownership in America is a right that is enshrined in the Constitution, and owning a gun has no bearing on whether people love their children.”

Commenting on leaving the Post-Dispatch, Washington said:

It’s never been a secret that I support the Second Amendment and the National Rifle Association. To effectively be suspended by a newspaper for that seems beyond comprehension. But that’s what I believe happened to me.

Last week, my final column for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch – “Guns and the Media” – discussed two anti-gun opinion columns in other Missouri papers. I think these commentaries were allowed to falsely accuse gun owners of prioritizing guns over child safety and tried to make the NRA and ISIS morally equivalent. I suggested such radical allegations were allowed to be published without challenge due to an editorial bias against guns.

Like all of my columns published by the newspaper, it was submitted, accepted, edited and approved by the staff of the Post-Dispatch. As a freelance writer, I was unable to post my work directly to their website. So I was obviously surprised when I was notified of a suspension that readers were told was due to my “ active promotional activities and professional association with the National Rifle Association, [which] represented an unacceptable conflict of interest.”

I am not, nor have I ever been, an employee of the NRA. I was not compensated for my participation in an NRA documentary that was released last year nor was I paid for any appearances on NRA-affiliated media over the years. Some of this work was even previously reported on by the Post-Dispatch. There was never any attempt at deception.

After much consideration, I have decided to terminate my relationship with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. When I began writing for the paper, it was with the belief that I would be able to present my opinions from a conservative perspective without interference. This has not been the case, and it makes any future relationship with the newspaper untenable.

I stand by what I wrote, and it represents me and no other person or organization. I believe that, even in a commentary, it is irresponsible and proves an inherent bias when newspapers permit the comparison of NRA members to Islamic State terrorists and imply that gun-owning Americans cherish their firearms more than the safety of their children.

A Precursor To “Permit-to-Purchase” Gun Bill Withdrawn

It has been brought to my attention that at least one member of the Maine House of Representatives, is stating that LD 1154 proposal has been withdrawn from further debate.

LD 1154 would have required that on either a Maine driver’s license or an official Maine identification card, information would be included as proof that an individual meets certain qualifications in order that they can legal purchase a firearm.

How Lives Could Have Been Saved

If the attack at the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood actually happened as we are being told, think of the number of lives that could have been saved if lawful citizens were allowed to carry for protection. As soon as this mind altered man opened fire, a legally armed man would have gunned him down.

BUT DON’T GO LOOK!

Someone asked me once, knowing that I support a person’s right to protection, what I was afraid of. My answer was simple. I’m not afraid of anything. But I would like the choice, that if I was in an airport and some deranged person pulled a gun from his baggage and began shooting, I could protect myself, my family, others around me and, if necessary, kill the son-of-a-bitch who’s killing people.
